A new month a new me on the way!
Welcome March! It's a new month! Wooo hoo that went by fast. I forgot to take my measurments for the begining of the month. Maybe I'll do that first thing tomorrow morning. I just like to keep a month to month tracking of how I'm doing. I think once a week is too much especially for measurements... But hey to each thier own.. right?
I have signed up for the 5k race which is in two weeks!!! I must must must train hard for this. One of my friends said that no matter what I'll be amped by seeing everyone running that I'll be able to accomplish the race because of the others motivation. lol we'll see. I don't want to push myself too hard, I do NOT want to hurt myself. I like this jogging thing.. It gives me "me meditative time" It's something that I am doing for me. I'm not doing it cuz he or she is doing it.. I'm doing it for me and only me. :)
Oh by the way the podcasts for Couch to 5k ROCK! The trance on there is super good and I'm not even a trance type of person lol. I usually work out to hard core rock music or hard house music.
My sister said she can't make our "walking date" this week. I think I'm going to meet her some time after I get out of work and then we can walk or jogg. I'm so proud of her! Today she emailed me and told me how she's been drinking more water and even has done crunches this morning. She said she feels great and has so much energy. I told her to keep it up thats what excercise does! For her going from someone who is alway miserable and grumpy to actually being excited about something is great!
Ok thats all for now.. More training tomorrow :) actually double training...
