Couch to 5k program
Has anyone done this program before? I'm thinking about starting it on Monday. I would LOVE to hear from people who have done this and see what thier progress is or how it went over all.

I did it but I didn't follow their program lol. I kinda just got my Mrs. Potatohead rear off couch and walked the first one. I have done a lot of them since and still most walk although at a much faster pace and sometimes I wog (walk/jog) a little too.
They are a blast, usually for a good cause, gets me up and "running" (pun intended) early on the weekend and I have met lots of great people.
