Breakfast: yogurt+2 pieces of whole grain bread+1 cup of milk
Lunch: skipped
Dinner: Sushi 1 box (12 pieces) + 4 chicken wings + 1 cups of brocolli
Sports: Jogging for 15 min, streching 10 min, 50 sit-ups
Nov 8:
B: skipped
L: beef sandwich + 1 pear + 2 cookies
D: 1 piece of fish + frying wheat + frying sweet potato
Excesize: jogging for 30 min, Streching 10 min, 200 sit up
