I am back!
My new aim is to lose 10 pounds in Nov. I was thinking about Atkins, but I really cannot survive without carbohydrate, fruit and veges:-( So I decide to eat whole grains for carbohydrate only. Watch! Lilian will be slim soon!
Today:
Breakfast: whole grain toast X2+apple sauce+1 cup of milk
Lunch: Vege 3 cups+1 cups beef+1 muffin+1 banana
Dinner: 1 apple + 1 pear+2 cookies
Exercise: Jogging 15 min
