重新出发

既然转系确定下来了,生活也要走上正轨。每天跑步+打乒乓球,晚上继续节食。目标是12月31日的时候减到90斤,达到的话就买一个相机奖励自己!

L: 4 pieces of Chicken wings+ 50g mashrooms + 50ml oil + 1 cup of celery

D: 2 pears + 1/2 muffin

Ex: Jogging 10 min + sit-up 200 15 min + streching 10min

Nov 7 and Nov 8

 Nov 7:

Breakfast: yogurt+2 pieces of whole grain bread+1 cup of milk

Lunch: skipped

Dinner: Sushi 1 box (12 pieces) + 4 chicken wings + 1 cups of brocolli

Sports: Jogging for 15 min, streching 10 min, 50 sit-ups 

Nov 8:

B: skipped

L: beef sandwich + 1 pear + 2 cookies

D: 1 piece of fish + frying wheat + frying sweet potato

Excesize: jogging for 30 min, Streching 10 min, 200 sit up


Nov 6

Breakfast: 1 piece of whole grain bread+1 cup of milk

Lunch: 4 pieces of Chicken wing + 2 cups of vege + 1 muffin + 1 cup of yogurt

Dinner: 1 apple + 1 pear + 50g apple chips

Exersize: walking for 40 min

Nov 5

 Yesterday diet:

Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole grain bread+1 cup of yogurt+1 cup of milk

Lunch: 1 cup fried beef+1 cup of celery+1 cup of cucumber+1 cup of brocoli

Dinner: 1 pear+1/2 cup of dried banana+1/2 cup of tofu

Exersize: 15 min jogging+5 min rope skipping+40 min walking

I am back!

My new aim is to lose 10 pounds in Nov. I was thinking about Atkins, but I really cannot survive without carbohydrate, fruit and veges:-( So I decide to eat whole grains for carbohydrate only. Watch! Lilian will be slim soon!

Today:
Breakfast: whole grain toast X2+apple sauce+1 cup of milk
Lunch: Vege 3 cups+1 cups beef+1 muffin+1 banana
Dinner: 1 apple + 1 pear+2 cookies
Exercise: Jogging 15 min
