yes we can!

My name is Lilly, i have a  great life full of blessings. my only problem is my weight. last year arownd this time it was 150 lbs 5' 7''  so i got pregnant. had a beautifull little girl 6 months ago. i gained 60 lbs. that dont want to come off. yes! i have always had a problem with weight. but i have never been so heavy. my legs got vericus veins and every morning my feet and back hurt. I am not very happy with my self . i know my family can fill it. i eat and fill guilty so i eat more and get upset. so many emotions all at the same time. i just want to sleep and eat. so that makes it all even worst.

my husband is so sweet he keeps telling me i just has a baby . but in my mind and body i know i am not doing anything to make things better. is like a hole that keeps pulling me and i cant get out.

my sons are 11 and 14 the are so sweet they also try to help with "PIZZA" LOL. and my lilttle girl needs me every second of he day.

i am blessed with a wounderfull family. like a told my husband .i cant think of one thing to ask the Lord for. he loves me and has blessed me.

Now this problem with my weight is all me . so, i have made my move today.  for MY SELF,MY HUSBAND AND CHLDREN they deserve  to have a happy mom & wife . so tOday i say to my self

YES I CAN! YES I CAN!
