fear of the scale
so i do so great during the week... but when it comes time for the weekend... im do soo bad! i still try to count all my points but i go overboard and my cravings start to kick in. my usualy weigh in day is on mondays so i feel like all the weight i gained from the weekend is holding me back on mondays. im wondering if i should change my weigh in day to thursdays. im thinking that will make me more motivated. i need help! ahhhhh
