new start

It has officailly been over a year since i started WW. I have gained back about 20 lbs...which is really a shame. BUT Im not going to allow myself to sink back into those days. im making a change and Im making it today...not 2morrow or the next day. Last night I went on a 45min brisk walk with Kandyce and did a decent job watching my points. Tomorrow I will do even better! Im ready for this again!

yesterday i didn't work out and i felt really bad about that! especially since it was valentines day and i have over eaten and was indulging in chocolate all day long! i did do a small ab work out...so i guess i didn't complete shut down! ne ways... im back to counting today and plan on having a strong work out later on! yippy! i cant wait to hit the gym! NOTTTT! i need some motivation! oh and fyi i was hoping to go to sam moon this weekend but that does not look like it is going ot happen until i hit 144 and the weight keeps flucuating... one sec on 145 the next im 148 then back to 146 then 145... its so weird! but yes... i plan to shop on Saturday and get what i want... but my roomie is going to hide it and not allow me to wear anything until i have hit 144.  i think thats fair enough! right?

fear of the scale

so i do so great during the week... but when it comes time for the weekend... im do soo bad! i still try to count all my points but i go overboard and my cravings start to kick in. my usualy weigh in day is on mondays so i feel like all the weight i gained from the weekend is holding me back on mondays.  im wondering if i should change my weigh in day to thursdays. im thinking that will make me more motivated. i need help! ahhhhh

fresh start

Today is the first day i have used the EP website! It seems really high tech and legit! I think I will like it.  This was actually one of my goals this new year (keeping a weight loss journal)! well so far today has been pretty good... i still have 12 pts for the evening and I have not gone to the gym just yet! well ill keep yall posted!
