i'm not losing and woking my ass off

i got on the scale this morning and it said 199.6 wtf i dont understand but i'm hoping it was all the water and stuff i drank after i get off the treadmill i'm going to wheigh myself again i hope it goes down. any ways today i'm doing 30 on tread mill and then my situps my squats woking my arms etc. i have alot of running to do but for now i have to go will up date later when i have time.

I did great i stayed in my calorie range, i did all my excercises plus kept my house clean. total calories i burned today was 1000. miles today 9.16 so i think i did pretty good well for now i have to go i here the bed calling my name but good night hope everyone does great tomorrow

today's plan

 

Good morning everyone....; Today i still have lots to keep me busy and i feel great i went to bed about 9:00 so i got plenty of sleep, and the baby slept pretty well thank you god. My house is clean the only things i have to do is finish laundry in hampers. deep vacummn i will call it lol, organize silvaware drawer. and of course take care of my lil one he keeps me pretty busy and i want to have all of this done by 2:30 before my little girl gets home. Oh yeah i got up at 6:00 and picked up last night's mess and did dishes before everyone got up, and i just remembered that i can also organize my computer room and make it look better well for now i'm going to i have a dirty diaper to change he's grunting lol but i will check in after while later.

my daily goals

good morning this one will be a quickie, but anyways i hope everyone is well today i'm going to set my mini goals so i can meet them.

1. tread 30 mins

2. other excercises about20 mins

3. yoga 1hour

4. eat 6 small meals so i dont wake up and eat in the middle of the night.

5. drink 10 bottles of water.

6. do all of laundry

7. vacummn every thing

8. clean lexy's room.

9. watch my tv recordings and unwind.

10 be in bed by 11:00.

feel great starting to get my mojo back lol

This morning i feel motivated i feel great i have lots of energy.. I feel really positive thank god....I'm getting my mojo back. Today i wanna keep really busy so i can sweat all day so here is what i'm going to do.

1. Treadmill 45 mins

2. yoga 1hour

3. pick up house. (doing dishes, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacummn-corners and move furniture to vacummn underneath vacummn  out furniture. make beds, take care of little one and dog, do all laundry, clean glass- windows, tv's,mirriors, shampoo living room & computer room carpets will get the rest tomorrow, get lexy off bus at 2:30 drop off resumae to uncle so myDH can get a job in coal mines, get mail, get somethins to cook from store. THIS SHOULD TAKE ME ALL DAY SO U SEE I WILL KEEP BUSY TODAY SHOULD BURN LOTS OF CALORIES.

FOOD CONSUMPTION VERY LIGHT...

5. salad with croutons and cheese and olives and pickels and bacon bits and free three cheese ranch from kraft 8 grams of fat and 70 calories it's really good.

WATER INTAKE 11 16.9FL OZ. SO ALOT OF WATER SO I CAN FLUSH MY FAT AWAY....WELL GOT TO GO GOT TO GET BUSY HOPE EVERYONE HAS A SUCCESSFULL DAY AND GOOD LUCK.

beutifull day

Good morning ladies and gents today in beckley west virginia it is beautiful.. it's suppost be like 66 degree's and sunny the leaves are bright this morning...Today i'm not going to excersise because i'm going to clean my house do my laundry organize stuff clean my fridge out and shampoo my carpets, and clean my car out and my kids will be home this afternoon so i have to get started, my MIL came and got them so i could get some sleep but you no what i didnt even go to bed untill 1:00 and then me and the DH woke up to make a lil love lol.... and didnt go back to bed untill 2:45 then i woke up at 5:58 this morning and could not go back to bed so i have been up ever since...but i feel really good today thank god...but today food wise i will have b- special k....snack will be of course coffee...lunch- half a philly cheese steak....snack coffee....dinner- salad....

Well i hope everyone has a good day to day but for now i got to go i will check in after while to let you all know what i accomplished.....

my next mini goal

Okay ladies my new goal will be 10 lbs for this week....i know i can do it i know i can....i have to meet my big goal and if double blessing could lose 60 lbs in four months then...i know i can lose atleast 30 in two months... i will stick to this daily.

treadmill or walking daily activity 6 miles (daily)

yoga- will stick with 1hour a day....

will start doing deniese austin's 10 mins arms and 10 min abbs and legs....

food will stick to special k, slimfast, boost energy drinks, veggies and fruits, and lean meats i will also try to keep drinking 10 bottels a day untill my goal is met....that will also give me more excercising by going to the bathroom a hundred times...

Im also going to try to organize my house so i can keep it cleaner that way i will have more time to excercise...and worrie about me...I will also continue to get up early so i can get a jump start on my day....and also each week i will take a pic of my self and post all of them at the end of every month...so this way i will keep motivated when i see the difference...

did good yesterday

did really good yesterday had one of those fun size bags of m&m's and that was my snack....i didn't want no candy yesterday...thank god...so far ive got my 30 mins on treadmill in 50 situps and 50 lower leg lifts that target tht problem area 100 squats with weights, 35 pushups, worked on arms and upper back for 10 mins....now i have to pick up house, sweep, mop, vacummn, make beds, dust, do more laundry and i'm done house wise i might organize a little, i'm also going to get my hair done. clean my car out pick up trash in the yard, and then me and the hubby are going to spend a lil time together..............MIL is getting kids for the night....but i'll probally be on tonight hope everyone has a great successfull day....i'll chk up on you all tonight or in the morning but for now got's to go...........

i hope everyone is doing okay...me i'm doing okay i'm glad that the doc gve me back my 1 1/2 phentermine a day it helps alot when you get up at 5:00 and don't go to bed untill 12 or 1.....and i also got the diet shot so hopefully that will help to....and i bought a pedometer. love it i really wanted to see how many calories i was burning other than my excersises...food intake b- special k snack coffee and cream lunch salad snack coffee cream Dinner- ? i don't know yet will update treadmill 30 mins yoga 1hour and then all my other excercises and then i want to straighted up my house because i want it to be clean so i can relax when my MIL get's the babies..ohh yeah i'm getting my hair done today yay so excited well GTG hope every one has a wonderfull day
