busy day
busy busy day but i'm going to try to get my excercising done before i leave i have bills to pay oh yeah today i will be on a strict schedule eating schedule my scale went up 1.3 and i dont know why but anyways gtg will update tonight hope everyone has a better day

today my plan is changing a lil
Okay last night i ate a salad for some reason last nigh i got hunger pangs like the ones in your tummy i tried drinking cold water and everything but they would not go away so where it was close to midnight when chose to eat the salad i just changed my eating around a little. But anyways today treadmill 45 min try to get to 2 miles quicker tho goal to have 6 additional miles plus other excercises and then today is yoga day but btep b-slimfast/snack-fruit/lunch slimfast with banana/snack mix 100 cal/ dinner-baked potatoe and small salad/snack-popcicle or sugar free jello or yogurt dont really know but will log when i do lol..ohyeah my goal is 10lbs by sunday and my water goal is 9 bottles of water so see i'm not really losing calories but anyways girls i also have plans on scrubbing my floor's today and finishing all laundry also vacummn all major area's i want to get a head start on thanksgiving cleaning so see i can keep my self busy but got to go ttyl

Im so excited
Well i have to say that the past couple of weeks i have been giving my diet and excercise and blogging a 100% i can't beleive it. I love looking at my blogs so they can keep me motivated. Also i'm starting to feel really good it's about time. I'm getting excited watching my body shrink each week. but i'll will keep you all posted.

change of plans
Okay i'm changing my profile a little, becuase i am going to startover on my wheight. When i started blogging again i wheighed in at 197 but when i started drinking all the water and pushing my excercise. i went up a couple of pounds to 203. right now my wheight is 1 95 so that is where i'm going to start and i'm wanting to wheigh 135 by this summer i know i can do this ive seen it done. i'm giving myself 4 months excactly so i'm going to have to work my ass off but anyways just wanted to let you all know what was going on i will update tonight.

good morning
b-slimfast/snack-fruit/lunch/slimfast/snack-fruit/dinner-chicken marinated in itailian dressing and brocolli and colliflower with corn on cob grilled and backed potatoe healthy and low fat.
treadmill 30 mins/ yoga/ 1hour plus other excercises and then clean house and then get stuff ready for DH cousin who is having a baby boy so i have a lot to do check in afterwhile hope everyone has a wonderfull day. goal this week 10 lbs wish me luck i know it's high but i have water weight to lose

today in review
didnt do much cleaned fridge went to two different grocery stores bought new pedomater and vitamins. will update later gtg pick up house why babies are asleep hope every one done good today i will post tomorrow on daily goals. and i am setting my mini goal for this week for 6lbs and then i think i'm going for 5 for the next week wish me luck....i also wish you all lots of luck talk to ya later.

good morning everyone my week in review
today is my week in review so i'll be posting it, also today i'm not going to excercise but i am going to keep my self busy if i do get to excercise i will post it i will do my abbs arms and legs tho.. today i'm going to finish laundry, scrub floors, clean fridge, and fix my computer room and also i have to go to save-a-lot and wally world so that will ware me out right there. also i got my nails and hair done i had them color is dark brown and then put blonde chuncky highlights in the top it looks really good will post pics later but anyways here is my week in review.
1.day one aerobic steps 1758/ 427 cal/3.02miles ./ steps 11270.
2. day two aerobic steps 2271/ 367cal/ 3.78miles/ steps 10374.
3. day three aerobic steps 3655/ 779cal/ 5.76miles/ steps 21468.
4.day four aerobic steps 4655/ 879cal/ 6.76miles/ steps 22468.
5. day five total steps 8517
6.day six total steps 192
7. day seven 4708
THE LAST THREE DAY DID NOT TAKE FOR SOME REASON I DON'T THINK I HAD THE ADJ. SET RIGHT BUT I FIXED IT BUT SINCE LAST WEEK I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 10.4 LBS I THINK THAT IS AWESOME.
MY GOAL FOR NEXT WEEK WILL BE TO LOSE 7LBS I KNOW I CAN DO IT PLUS TODAY AT THE GROCERY STORE I'M GOING TO GET ME SOME HEATHY FOODS AND SOME PROTEIN. BUT HAVE TO GO FOR NOW.... WILL POST PICS LATER

today i weighed 3 lbs lighter than yesterday.
the scale was not on my side yesterday it said i wheighed alot more than today. but i guess all that hard work that i have been doing is paying off thank you jesus. today i'm going to workout it might be later tonight but i will get it in i promise. anyways today i'm getting my hair done and my nails done i'm so excited i havent had my hair or nail's done in like almost 4 years so it's going to be a change, and plus my mother is getting out of jail so i'm going to go see her i'm so glad she is getting out. but got to go update will be tonight
