good bye 200's and pretty soon 190's
Okay so today at first i was tired and then had a sinus headache due to this stupic cold or flu i'm getting over, but then i was thinking maybe i'm just trying to make an excuse not to get on the treadmill or get my house cleaned, but then it could be were the flu took me down so hard this time and then i had all this running to do and maybe i am tired but you know whhat most of the time when i get off the treadmill i feel wonderfull and then when i get my house spotless i feel even better so that is what i'm going to do i'm going to make my self get on the treadmill and then im going to clean. and i'm just keeping in mind a couple of reasons why i need to work out.
1. Im tired of bieng fat.
2. Im tired of not having anything to wear..
3. I want my DH to be super attracted to me
4. I want to look good in what i wear and not have anybulges sticking out.
5. I want to be comfortable this summer
6. and i want to be healthier
7. I keep reminding my self how i felt when i wheighed 200lbs.
8. i don't wanna be out of breath
9.i want to feel good about my self
10. and i dont want to feel like a prisoner in my own body.
so i have to go before i change my mind lol good luck every one.

doing happy dance in my birthday suit
well well well it's about damn time. I got up this morning did my usaul morning routine and guess what ? I decided to get on the scale and it smiled at me and said 192.6 and then i did my buiseness and got back on that bad boy and it winked and said 192.4 oh yeah baby... 3.4 lbs and i'll be in the 180's i did the a happy dance for five minutes it felt so good. But now i'm setting my goal for 3.4 lbs by monday i know i can do this i know i can but anyways today i decided to wait and go to the phentermine doctor because of all the snow we got. so i'll go monday. Today i have lots to keep me busy because lexy has no school and i still have lots of cleaning up to do it's like a never ending monster and also i have alot of organizing to do but first i'm laying down because i did not sleep last night and my body is tired so i'm going to rest and then get on the treadmill and then get my house clean and organized and i will feel so much better after that is done because i love a clean house and organization. Food so far i actually had supper for breakfast lol but then i will have slimfast for lunch dinner special k and snack fruit or yogurt or popcicles or something but anyways going to lay down good luck today everyone i'll be back later

the scales are fianally moving yayyyy
guess what i hoped on the scale this morning and it said 194.0 flat hell yeah finally its about damn time. I'm so close to the 180's i can taste it hopefully they will keep moving. i hope i atleast see 193 tomorrow i don't care if it's 193.8 i'll take it i know that it will be higher at the doctor with my clothes on but ohh well lets hope. i know i can atleast lose another oz by in the morning food ive had slim fast breakfast i ate a turkey dinner at lexis school and didnt eat all of it , and tonight for dinner i'm having special k. and i took a laxative so i would use the bathroom east in the morning because of the dammage the flu did to my behind but omg i'm really going to do this i'm still motivated no the scale hasnt been moving as fast as i would like but i know i have more energy i think that getting healthy has helped me get over the flu faster my skin is clearing up i'm making healthier choices except i did have a small coke today but i don't feel guilty because it quinched my thirst but anyways i'm going to go for now got lots to do and so little time but good luck every body hope you all meet or met your wheight loss goals for the week but i'm getting lazy gtg check up later.

194.6 i'll take it tho. because yester day and the day before it was like 198.8 i guess do to all the gas and no i'm not a gassie person if you read my post last night i had wrote how the flu took over my house well i not only had the flu but i had the super flu and it was horrible i had bloating rumbling gas in my stomach horrible diahreaha pucking runny nose congestion chills hot flashes caughing my head off and it didnt help taking any theraflu because i would just poo it out or throw it up but it ended yesterday evening and we had to take baby #2 to the hospital thank god his ran it's couse tho and he is fine i even ate a baconator from wendys and had a small fry and a sweet tea but this moring when i woke up i was expecting the scale to say 200 but it said 196.8 and then i used the bathroom and it said 195.4 and then i used the bathroom and it said 194.8 but hell i'll take tht for sure but today i'm getting back on track no more bad foods i said last night i was going to do some cardio but i dont think i should just yet so i put my pedometer on and i'm going for 10 miles today by cleaning house and i have tons todo and tons of laundry to do...so i no that i will atleast get 6 miles in i'm still kinda week that's why i'm holding off on treadmill but i think i'm still going to do my situps but so far for breakfast i had a slim fast shake and coffee to get me started plus i took my one a day womens wheight smart, my bvitamin and my phentermine pills. i'm still feeling shaky like jello but i do feel better than what i did i think that i'm feeling better tho because i slept for two days and i stayed in bed all day yesterday untill that evening so that my body would fight this flu better i read that it is vital to take it easy and get alot of sleep the first week of having the flu and to where sweats and cover up with lots of blankets to help sweat it out so hopefully that helped but for lunch i will do another slimfast and snacks will be fruits and dinner might be soup or slimfast becuase i just dont have and appetite but i know that if i dont eat i wont lose wheight so i will make myself eat and also i want to drink alot of water because i know i lost alot of water weight. Today and tomorrow i'm going to work my ass off so that i can atleast lose another 2 or three lbs before friday at my officail wheigh in and that will put me in at. 191 a total of 9 lbs in two in a half weeks. so i guess i'll just keep my fingers crossed....But now i'm getting over the flu but i started and i'm also bleeding out of my other end to to top it off so im having a wonderful week but for now i have to go sorry so personal just needed to complain but got to go have a busy day ahead but good luck everyone hope your day goes better............

the flu took over my house
Sorry guys i have not been able to post but i have been really really sick with the flu (body ache,chills,fever,sneezing,caughing,throwing up, the runs horribly,). Also the rest of my family has been sick, but thank god i'm feeling better so tomorrow i have to disinfect the whole house and plus i have lots i mean lots of cleaning to do also i weighed my self and i went up two lbs i guess from all the fluids and gas my stomach litterly sounded like a washing machine churning and growling omg and the pain was horrible and also i caughed and caughed and when i took the medicine it didnt do a thing because it just ran right through me. Tomorrow i'm starting over tho and i will meet my goal friday yes it only leaves me two days but with everything i have to do along with excercising i will meet my mini goal i will not give up. Also i'm going to do that hollywood diet because i want to get the rest of thease damn toxins out of my body. and plus it might help with the fluid but friday i will be back on track but wish me luck everyone but for now i'm going to go.

Thanks to Jesus my savior
this is crazy it just kinda poped in my head but just wanted to say think you to jesus for putting my life back to gather. Also for helping me and my husband be friends again and blessing us with a roof over our heads and our two wonderfull babies and my husband getting a better job with better benifits and helping keep me motivated even when i don't feel good to keep bettering myself and helping me with my health so thanks jesus i love worship and praise you......

Good morning 7 day challenge
Good morning to all....today i got on the scale and i gained 2lbs but hey that's okay because i know tomorrow if my garbage disposal starts working today lol....i will be down another pound all i know is i really want to lose 6lbs by friday when i have my official wheigh in with the fat doctor as i call it. So including today that will give me 7 days so hopefully i will do it. I know tomorrow i will at least see a 2 lbs because that's just usually how my body is one day it will look like i gained and then all of a sudden it will hit slope and i will see the scale go down and then one day i'll get on the scale and it will simply remind me of how hard it is to lose wheight. But i feel pretty confident so will have to see. but gosh it would be so nice to hit 188 before friday or that weekend. but each week i will start setting a challenge this one is big but i will start setting little ones to like after my wheigh in friday i'm going to have a 6 day challenge and i want to lose atleast 4 but i will take anything lol i just want to get this wheight loss going but i also know that i have to be patient because i didnt just eat the whole damn fridge in one night lol...it took one 9 lb baby and then another almost 10 lbs and i just swelled out like the damn NEW YEAR BLIMP LOL....but they were worth it but i can't wait to be able to were all my sexy clothes again and feel like i'm 20 rather than 60 i'm always in t-shirts are something baggy to cover myself but not for long i can feel it this time it's just that i'm in good time in my life with my husband and family. Having my husband back has been awesome i missed him for so long i'm so glad he got help for his self and he wants better for himself and me and the babies..sorry just blabing on......... BTW--Today i will do treadmill 30 mins 2 miles or if i get it in 28 min again as long as i have 2miles and plus all my other wheights and i still have lots of cleaning to do and other excerses. For thanksgiving and lexy b-day which is on thanksgiving but were having her cake for the family on turkey day and then were having her a small b-day on friday. ohh yeah today food wise b- slimfast snack fruit and snackmix i will snack on that to keep my metabolism going so i dont start to feel sluggish lunch-salad i hate that it goes bad so fast snack the same dinner dont really know will update tonight but for now have to go and get started i hope everyone has a good day.

changing mini goal again lol
The reason i decided to change my mini goal was because i didnt get to workout yesterday and i had to eat supper late all i ate was a small baked potato topped with lettuce tomato little bit of sour cream and salsa with 1 thin peice of the prima della turkey and bacon bits and a little bit of cheese and that free ranch dressing but i just barley put a teaspon and i ate a light yoplait yogurt 100 cals and i figured cals on potato and it came to 275 cals so i did okay and plus i drank sf for breakfast and had a boost for lunch and drank all kinds of water, but i got up and didnt wheigh my self i want to wait till i go to the doctor next friday and have my weigh in but i know that if i lose 5lbs that will be 15 lbs all together so i'm going for next friday and i know i can do it i know i can. but i just wanted to update you all right now i'm getting ready to excercise, i also have lots to do today so i know i will stay busy busy busy so i'll be burning more cals but here is my goals for today
FOOD

lunch- salad
snack- same
dinner- salad
snack-? dont know yet will update tonight lol..
EXCERCISES

wheights
&yoga if i get time wich i hope i do because i learned that high intensity yoga for an hour will burn 700 some cals and hour so i didnt know i was burning that much cals but hey every little bit helps right. Oh yeah i also got the whole house to pick up laundry to do floors to scrub babies to take care of and get started on whole house for thanksgiving. i want to get a head start on it because by next week i will have a lot of running to because lexy's b-day is on thanks giving and by the time thanksgiving week gets here i will have to clean things again just not as many but got to go thanks for everyone that has kept me motivated i will be posting pics next week probally that weekend but please keep the comments coming they help but good luck everyone.

What a day
tried to log on but it wouldnt let me had to take mom to run some arrons and then take her to my aunts where she will stay a couple of days lets see landons sick lexy has been a demon my house needs cleaned i didnt get to wrk out had to eat supper late

whew
Ok i'm almost done with my todo list ive payed the bills went to postoffice. traded my pants at goody's so far food wise ive had slimfast 220cal, snack was the snack mix i prepared 45 cals lunch sandwich whole weat toast 100 cals,lettuce,5cal,tomato 5cal, snack special k bar 90 cals and then i will snack on my snack mix i prepared the rest of the day to keep my matabolism going and for dinner i will have a baked potato140 plus sour cream 60 plus salsa 10 and salad 15 cheese very little 30 free ranch 70 croutons 25 and a diet coke. so thats 540 cals so far today and including supper that makes a total of 890 cals yeah thats a little under but i'm going to be eating all day but any ways will update some more tonight got to go get baby off bus and pick up my other baby at my mom and aunts
