good morning
hello everyone good morning well it it 9:11 so i don't have much time i have to workout finish getting my house cleaned and then get everyone ready and go to the store to pick up a few things but anyway today i will start my new goal of 5 lbs this week and i will wheigh in sunday i will be back on my diet that will contain slimfast special k and salad and lemon water

lemon detox diet
i heard of this diet the other night well it actually is suppost to clean out your system so i'm going to give it a try but i was wondering if any one has heard of this diet and if so have you heard good things but anyways i guess we will find out but gtg later

48 days left and 33lbs to go
goood morning or afternoon this morning iwoke up and felt like shit but now i feel better i just now got to blog but anyways payed bills walked on treadmill30 mins did arm legs abbs plus cleaning house b- salad- lunch well is actually my supper hot chicken salad and then i will consume lots of water but gtg later

i love the 180's
good morning to all today i did not get up untill 10:30 but that's okay because i always am up at 6.00 and i needed it my baby slept almost all night he slept from 10.00 untill 4.00 but hopefully in the next couple of weeks he will sleep untill6.00 or 7.00 i really do hope anyways i am happy to report that i walked on the treadmill for 50 mins and it felt good but anyways i have to get moving im very tired and i would like to wheigh in at 187.8 tommorrow wish me luck

180's i ve missed you
lol well i'm finally in the 180's i never thought i would get here but i'm glad i wheighed in at 188.8 i almost cried it felt so good well anyways today i have to workout clean my house go to the grocery store ect. but i do have a busy day today so i have to get off here but i just wanted to share the good news

almost done
well good morning i have had no sleep do to last night i found on head lice on my 3year old so i have been cleaning everything plus doing heads i have been up for damn 27 hours and i'm about ready to fall over but i still have to finish this laundry do my head again than get ready pack and go to walmart pick up a few more things and then go to my MIL to help her with her house and so she can help me with the babies and plus we have to do our vehichles i have been crying but i know when your children go to headstart or daycare or school that they can get it but i just wish it hadn't been now but now i have to get started and hurry up and get down there so i can help her with the babies but anyways gtg i will up date later hope every one has a great weekend and i hope nobody elses kids get headlice

lost 10 lbs at wheigh in
today i made a promise to my wheight doctor that i would not wheigh my self untill next wheigh in so i don't get discouraged so that is what i'm going to do anyways today i have to get caught up on cleaning laundry ect. and some other stuff but anyways i will have a more detailed post in the morning sorry so short but hope everyone has a wonderfull day

food intake update sorry lol
breakfast slimfast with banana blended in it i think it makes it taste great
snack coffee w/ cream
lunch is actually supper for me because i feel like if i eat my biggest calorie meal at this time then i will still be burning it off because of the babies and cleaning and stuff like that oh yeah anyways i had chicken on a bed of spinach whith bacon bits cheese and 1 table spoon of ranch dressing and half a pb&j with water to drink
snack will be coffee w/ cream
dinner apple and some good ole special k lol

okay finally now flunctuating between 191.0 and 190.00
well now i have to start really hammering down because i have 60 days to reach my goal so i will have to start lbeing more active and no more days off but today i have a busy day again i have to go to wic off ice with both babies fun fun then i have to deposit money into my mil account and take alexis to school then go to post office finish putting up laundry and cleaning lexy room and then i'm going to hit the treadmill and workout plus i will be doing a couple of other things to keep me busy hopefully i will be in the 180's soon because i hate the 90's lol but gtg hope every body has a great day
