aussie TIME
Just wanted to tell everyone i am blogging on a daily bases and will continue to however because of the time difference it will not look like that. so some days it will appear to you that i have bloged twice on one day and none on the next.
This is not the case just living in a different time zone here.

Hey Sam girl:) thanks. I'll look forward to the recipe. I kinda share your attitude towards dessert. I prefer to have a single bite of a good one rather than a full serving of some fat free dessert;)
The language is not arabic, it's Persian,. Mahdis was basically saying how running and her 5k race and came imediately after she broke up with somebody helped her over the pain. And how she believes now that she can get over the hardships of life step by step as she did with her running training... The post ws actually a tribute to the last session of her 24 week running training program.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I appreciate it, and good luck with your 7kg goal. I have about that much left to lose as well. It would be great!! But Im trying to be patient. HOpefully when I get closer to the goal I will be able to do less cardio, because its kind of boring.

Hi there! Thank you very much for your advice and tips on what I should do to avoid gaining weight on the Thanksgiving Day, I decided that I will only eat protein and salads and also diet gelatine. Do australians celebrate Thanksgiving? I would love to go to Australia one day.....I know it is a wonderful country and the australians are very nice people. Anyways, how is your diet going? see you soon!!!
