Just wanted to tell everyone i am blogging on a daily bases and will continue to however because of the time difference it will not look like that. so some days it will appear to you that i have bloged twice on one day and none on the next.

This is not the case just living in a different time zone here.

tHE THREE day hump Day 3/28

Day 3/28

For those of you who have watched morgan spurlock documentary Super size me you will know what i'm talking about.

For everyone who hasn't seen it morgan believes when your trying to do something like give up smoking once you get over the third day it's smooth sailing.

Well let me tell you today was a difficult one for me, but i keep this theory in my head and have been succesfull so far.

Went out today and was shopping around for christmas and my good i swear every shop i went into was a massive chocolate factory (including target). i don't think i have ever seen so much chocolate in the shops before. i could of cried because it was all on SPECIAL, and i love a bargin.

then i saw with my keen bargin hunting eye PREZELS for 1 DOLLAR a big bag to man i LOVE prezels i swear the whole world is against me at the moment i must have picked up and put back that bag of prezels 20 times (must of look stranged to other shoppers).

i am happy to report  i left the shop without chocolate and without my beloved pretzels (i'm not really happy would rather be eating these foods).

On a good note i have read on other peoples blogs about a food product called 100 calorie foods and guess what i found new to australia yet 100 calorie food YAY (hope it taste good).

I think the main thing thats helping me get over my three day hump is that i am the most busy beever at the moment i have so many to do things on my list and dead lines to meet.

bit of a boring blog today keen to hear how everyone else keep there mind of food????????

ohhhhhhh not swimmers Day 2/28

Hey everyone

Don't have much to post today, stuck to nutrition limits. Extreamly tired from night duty trying to get back into a day routine. It's also hot hot hot here (37 degree) would love to go for a swim (ohhhh and what great acciedently exercise) only problem is don't really want to get into swimmers in public (if only i had pool at home) do you think i can swim in my bath.

Nutrition wise have stuck to my limits no junk food, i got tempted at work last night my fellow worker offering chocolate (ohhh no chocolate for sammy).

Got some good information on sodium which i think is an important part of nutrtion to keep an eye on. i would love any 100-150 calories breakfast ideas

Only thing i need to do is a bit of exercise.

Looking forward to getting over the three day hump.

The Plan Day 1/28

This is my plan over the next 28 days

Nutrition

I am going to track my Calories Carbs fats and protien. i am planning to aim for around these number Calories 1000-1200 Carbs 135-252 Fats 20-40 Proteins 60-136 (i'm not sure if these numbers are right so any suggestions will be appriciated).

Exercise/Fitness

i really would like to improve my running i'm not a naturall runner and currently i think i would be lucky if i could manage to run for 5 min.

MON Run/walk

TUE weights/cardio

WED Run/walk

THURS weights/cardio

FRI Run/walk

SAT weights/cardio

With my running (mon, wed, fri) i'm am going to start off in the first week running a Kilometer. then in the second week hopefull increase to 1.5 kilometers. Third week 2 kilometers and so on and so on. i plan to exercise for an hour so what ever time left i will be walking.

On weights day (tue, thurs, sat) my weights routine is about 30min i will then follow that withh 30 min of lkight cardio.

Goals

My overall goal is to increase my metabolism by eating frequent healthy meals and snacks within my calories/carbs/fats and protien numbers, and using exercise to increase my metabolism.

My other goal as i said is to increase my distance in running.

and don't forget my challenge (am i better then an alcoholic) to go 28 days without a binge or junk food.

My offical weigh in is 59kg (lets hope that number goes down).

SORRY Everyone

HEY

I'm still alive, but have been dying because have had no internet. Thanks to my sister who didn't pay internet bill.

I feel a bit ashamed because losing the internet sent me in a down ward spiral. I just can't believe how dependent i have become on it. I also must admit i had a massive binge yesterday and god I felt sick afterwards.

I’m back on track today

Re: the assignment well things didn’t go to plan with it. i handed it in 10 min late 10 MIN and I think that means I get a 5% penalty and I could except that the only thing is I rushed to hand it in and didn’t answer some questions very well. I am so angry with myself, but all I’m thinking now is there is nothing I can do about it so I just have to let it go and move on. I just hope that 10 min and one crappie assignment doesn’t cause me to fail right at the end.

Life’s really busy for me at the moment I have so much stuff going on. I haven’t yet told you guys that I am actually moving to Saudi Arabia in march next year (NO I’m not joking I’m really going) so I have much paper work and forms to fill out for that. I’m planning to do a lot of travel while I’m there so I am also trying to arrange and get a dutch passport (another pain in the butt why can’t things be easy).

Plus I have to pack up my life here work out what to do with all my junk plus my car and house. Not to mention all the little important things like bank accounts insurance stuff, where to get everything sent to (ahhhhhh).

I am also going back packing across in January for 3 weeks more stuff to arrange for that.

On top of all of this I have a lot of baking to do for Christmas and still do birthday cakes and other catering things (I will explain this better on another post) this is a hobby I do.

(i haven’t done any Christmas present shopping either)

i am going to start a challenge tomorrow so anyone who wants to join me feel free I’ll post a blog with all the details of the challenge.

I haven’t forgotten that I haven’t told you why life’s a puzzle but I will soon.

Sorry this posts a little boring and I have sent most of it winging, tomorrow will be a better post.
