Struggling

I have extremely stressed lately. Eating alot. Gained 5lbs,which sucks. Hopefully school will end soon. Sigh...

Update

Im doing ok. I have been cheating a bit with jelly bean but I have been working out. Yesterday I took part in the school "mud run". It was 2.67 miles, which was great. I was able to run the whole way. So far, I have been a vegan for a week. Im worried about getting calcium so Im drinking almond milk and eating lots of spinach and broccoli. Hopefully I can continue and stop eatin jelly beans!!!!!!

Short and Simple

Im becoming Vegan but IM NOT doing it to loose weight. I dont think I will loose anything since Im already a vegetarian and I dont eat alot of milk products. Anyways I ate about a half of a jar of a peanut butter. SHIT! I always do this, eat well for a day and then screw up the next.

Just Water Weight?

So...for the past couple days I havent eatin ANYTHING with yeast but I have been cheating a little bit. A few jelly bean, a touch of peanut butter on my matzoh. Nothing insane,however i lost 5 lbs!!!! It seems odd to have dropped that much in a week in a half. Could it just be that I have increased the amount of water I consume? Im not sure what to think....I dont feel very different. Im planning on starting juicing and replacing my breakfast the green drink. Hopefully, I can slim down some more and keep myself on track.

FAIL

So... It is spring break and I thought I would try and lose at least 3 lbs before I went back to school. Everything was going well until tonight when I ATE FIVE BOWLS OF CEREAL! I dont know what I was thinking. At least I worked out and passover start Monday which means no more bread or carbs or anything with corn syrup. Hopefully I can be tinnier before prom.

My Situation

So, during sophmore year I was about 130 lbs at 5' 3'' fitting in a size 7 pants (juniors). I know 130 isnt bad, but Im short and it didnt help that my friends were stick skinny thin. THEY ALWAYS MADE FUN OF MY BUTT!  and then yell at me for not eating enough. After awhile I lost about 10 pounds by changing my diet (it took about a year) . Then, over the summer I dropped 5 more pounds by cutting out sweets and carbs as well as becoming a veggitarian (for morals not wieght loss) . I was able to keep up my diet with minimal excrises when junior year started and was 112 at homecoming. I wore a cut little white dress with LOTS of sparkle. And even though I wasnt a size 3, I felt healthier. However, after begin rejected by a guy on the debate team (a tall blonde I had a crush on since I was a freshman) I stopped eating well and started gorging on bread, peanutbutter and other bad things. I increased my work out to almost an hour everyday but my diet has been awful. I believe Im at 120 but am too scared to look at a scale. All my progress has been lost and Im looking for a new way to reach my wieght loss goals by approaching the process from a emotional aspect. Well, I just ate my last peanut butter sandwhich and am about to start my attempt to be 110 by prom. Wish me luck.
