LITTLE BLESSINGS!

Today I got one! I lost 5.8 lbs this week!! That brings me back down to 276.8 for a grand total of 30.4 pounds lost in total.

I have oficially lost all my vacation weight and I'm motivated enough to set a mini goal for myself before our next vacation in 3 weeks. I am going to strive to lose 15 more lbs by July 14th!! I know, kind of a tall order, but I think I can do it!! No doubt it'll be a challenge, but it'll bring me closer to the goal I had set for myself a few months back when we started making plans for this trip. I got side-tracked in the last few months, so I need to really push myself a little harder now.

I am trying to do my best to get back on the plan and motivate myself to exercise. That's a toughie though... I can be very motivated for weeks and then wake up one morning and just stop doing it. I've already had about 2 months off, so I need inspiration to exercise... hmm, any suggestions!?

Congrats!

Congrats on the awesome loss!

If it were me, going on a trip would be motivation enough to get moving! I don't really have any other tips to get motivated, I've been having enough problems doing that myself!

Good to see you updating again :)

yayyy

Way to go on the 5.8 lbs this week, and your overall loss! Those are great numbers! You can reach your mini goal...just keep your head and heart into it! Keep up the great work

LITTLE BLESSINGS???? BIG BLESSINGS

That is huge!!! Oh my god I would do back flips if I pulled a 5 pounder at my next weigh in. AWSOME great job.

That is extremly motivating!!!!

Way to go!

A five pound loss is awesome! That would help keep me motivated to not let the numbers on the scale move back up. But girl, I know that is A LOT easier said than done. I'm like you, I can be on track for several weeks, then one tiny thing messes me up and it all just snowballs. My advice is to use your loss as proof that YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL!! There is no denying that! How old is your son? Maybe you could do some activity with him (walk, yard work, etc.) That way it wouldn't feel so much like exercise, but more fun time with him. Let us know how everything turns out!
