Sorry for the short post on Saturday. It was a busy weekend. As I mentioned on Sarturday, I was really planning on treating myself on Saturday night but somehow that just never seems to work out. That night, Hubby and I met some friends at a local vineyard for an outside concert. There was going to be wine and really yummy food. I am still committed to laying off the alohol for another couple of weeks but I was planning to indulge in some of the food. I selected a $9 crabcake that looked just delicious but doesn't it figure that it tasted horrible! Hubby ended up finishing it and I ended up eating fruit and veggies. So there was no treat on Saturday. I ended up settling for a small mocha-lite frapuccino from Starbucks on Sunday. It was good but not really what I had in mind. Oh well...hopefully I will get another shot next weekend. Maybe some popcorn at the new Harry Potter movie??...
No major plans for the rest of this week. Tonight is my book club night but I think I am going to eat my JC dinner before I go and just have my snack there.

Concert as a treat?
Maybe you could count the fun night out as your treat? I'm trying to change my rewards for doing well on program from food treats to non-food rewards. Just a thought :) Looks like you have good goals for the week. You are doing great! I definitely need to work on the fruits and veggies part....any hints??
What are you reading with your book club?? I found a book club here when I first moved, but it kind of fell apart. . . quickly ;p
Sounds like you had a nice weekend despite the icky crab cake. It just wasn't meant to be. I usually have a frap. light at the weekends as a little treat.. but a carmel one, yum :) ..and only 3 ww points! bonus :)
Good girl for sticking with the meal at home and eating your snack there. Are you like me finding yourself eating early by yourself because you cannot wait for everyone else's time to eat your meals. I never thought I would crave that food so much. And once 9 pm comes around it is the JC cookies and cream cheesecake and I don't even like cheesecake.. But to me right now it is heaven!!! ~christy
Good for you not settling on ickey food. I have tossed so many things now - it is like I am not wasting the points, calories, etc if it isn't OMG wonderful!!
