My care died! The starter went out on it =( It took me an extra 2.5 hours to get home! The person parked next to me tried to jump it, then I called J and he came to rescue me but we live an hour away from campus. He decided he wanted to try to jump it so we did, then the OPS officer that helped me with my car door last semester showed up and tried to jump it, so in the end we had call an autobody repair center to get it towed. They are supposed to call me and let me know the verdict on my car. The general consensus is that the starter went out on it. I'll probably just take J's car to school tomorrow and then Thursday or Friday he'll have to drive with me so we can pick it up. *ugh*! AND - it was raining the ENTIRE time. So me and my entourage of people who were nice to help me all got soaked.
On the plus side I got a 97 on a test I thought I bombed and will likely not have to take the comprehensive final for that class!

I lost 4 lbs from last Monday! Yay! I'm glad to have such a good start, it's really motivating. My goal was to lose 1.5, but I figured like 1 at the most so it was a really pleasant suprise!

I haven't been keeping track of my 0 point-ers. It's got to have at least .5 for me to keep track of it. Carrots are yummy - had some today. I had some low-fat jello yesterday. Jello is amazing, they make Low Fat Cherry that's 10 cal/cup & Low Fat Strawberry & Low Fat Orange that are only 5 cal/cup!
I made my hotel reservation for the convention I'm attending in May. I'm excited about that one. Its the one I'm going to try to get an Art Table at, as well as compete in the costume competition for the first time in 5 years. I can't wait!

We did decide to order in for dinner, and if I would have known we were going to order food, I wouldn't have let myself munch the few hours before! But I was super hungry. However, I've been really good this week - out of flex points I've only used 6/35. I was also under by a 1/2 a pt or more on 4 days so if you add up all of my +/- I was at +2.5 for the week. Not bad for my first week back on the program. I've been playing a lot of mind over matter games with my stomach, I can certainly tell. I've also drank a *LOT* more water since I started taking my bottle and my 0 cal flavor packets to school with me. I drank at least 6 cups a day during the week.
I couldn't find nutritional info for the place we ordered from, so I used Pizza Hut as a subsitute for points.
I felt it later, though! I believe I'm slightly lactose intolerant so the SC and/or cheese on the pizza really killed me and got me out of bed, lol.

I did some research on my costume for next season. I'm so excited! It's ben on my to-do list for years now, and its something I've really wanted to create. I've got the base materials for it, as well as one of my more difficult foundation garments. I don't know I feel about using a purchased petticoat, however. If I'm trying to be historically correct, then I should probably ditch the petticoat I've got & most likely the fabric. I'm guessing that the fabric is synthetic, because most of them are - however, the only way to find out would be to identify the fiber. I'll have to play with it. I wonder if my professor would allow me to use the microscope in the lab to try to figure out if its natural or synthetic. I could also try a burn test. If it burns to ash, it's probably natural - if it burns to hard crusty bits, then its a thermoplastic =) We'll see. It will also depend on how much time I've got after I'm all done. I will at least make a slip/overpetticoat to put overtop the one I've got. They also didn't wear bloomers! So I'll have a high-waisted corset, a shift, the engageantes, my petticoat from Goodwill, my slip, an underskirt, the stomacher, and the overdress. Not to mention the jewelry & the wig. I'm debating between a wig or some kind of hair-spray-color since my hair will be up and secure the whole time. Louis heels & stockings to the knee w/leg garters.

Not too bad =) J made fun of me when I was making my sandwich because I kept going to between the computer & the kitchen, and I was measuring how much my meat weighed. hehe

J & I went grocery shopping and got 5 cal & 10 cal sugarfree Jello cups. I think he's going to try to be a bit more health conscious too!
Picked up fabric to work on T's Halloween costume. It should be cute. She's going to be a Genie - and very pink.
Picked up Iron Man & the newest of the Paolini trilogy. I actually went there for skin care stuff (which I did get) but I got those too. I was considering trying Proactiv, but my cousin told me of a regiment that one of her friends uses that involves rubbing alcohol & oil-free lotion so I figured I'd give that a shot first. Its not like if I don't like it that I can't use the alcohol & the lotion for something else down the road.
I think I might actually hit the sack early tonight! G'night =)
