Exercise!
So Wednesday I decided - why wait until next semester to start going to the gym before class?
Thursday admittedly I skipped, J woke up earlier than usual and I didn't have to be at class until 2pm so I decided to spend the day with him.
But this morning, I got up early and went to the Rec before class. I walked at least a mile and then spent 15 minutes on the Arc machine. I had time to take a shower, dry my hair & take my ucky stuff out to the car before class =) I'd like to make it a normal thing. So I've got 4 days to go next week (I have a relative coming in from out of town on Tuesday) and then the week after. After that, I've got another 5 days of classes the following week and then a week off for Thanksgiving. Then it's 2 more weeks of classes, and (3 days of Final Exams!)
So between now and the rest of the semester I've got 22 more potential workouts =) 18 would be 4/5 of that. I'm still shooting for 22 though! Good practice to keep me motivated for working out during Christmas break, and when I start back at school next semester.
