Water and Excercise
I have decided that water and excercise are the key for me. I feel much better when I do both daily. Bodies were made to move, not be sedintary. Water cleanses. Also three eating small meals (300 calories) and 3 - 100 calorie snack seems to be keeping my metabolism going. That being said, I lost 2 lbs last week and weighed right before I started. Onederland, I'll be there next week.
