No control for the tired
Yesterday was not a good eating day. I stuck to the plan for the most part, but had 3 pieces of pizza.
I did get my excercies in though so that was good. Today I have to be better if I want to make my 2 lb goal for this week. I'm a little doubtful that I will make it since Aunt Flo is not here yet, but I am feeling all the signs of her arrival coming. I'm off to blog browse to get some motivation.

Looks like you're going to get to Onederland before I do, so YOU make room for me! LOL! :-)
Days like yesterday will happen. Just get back on track as soon as possible. You're still doing your exercise and that's great!

....is hard to resist! But you stayed on track and did your exercise so not all is lost! You're doing great!
