So Far, So Good
I am feeling proud of myself because I haven't used any flex points yet and it's been more than 3 days! AND I didn't even use flexies on my birthday this week. Last week I immediately started using them and it messed me up pretty bad because I needed them for the weekend. Here are some of my goals for this week:
Drink less alcohol - so far I've had no glasses of wine this week
No more school candy - I am soooo done digging into my candy drawer!
Plan ahead for future BBQ's - I plan to have kebab fixings for myself at one of the two upcoming BBQ's which is way more healthy than a bratwurst! Per my WW leader, I am allowing myself to have one brat on Saturday because it's what I really want.
No snacking right after eating lunch - This became a routine at school and I don't even know why I do it. It's not like I'm hungry.
It sounds like we will be going out to the bars on Friday night, so now I have to plan for that. Right now I'm thinking I will stick to rum and Diet Cokes, no doubles. They always ask if I want a double and I always say yes because that is the natural response when something that waiter offers sounds good!
