We went shopping yesterday for bridesmaids dresses, a slip and shoes for my gown. Many of you said you wanted to see the dress, so this is just for you:
I'm in love with this dress. Yesterday I learned that the material is chiffon. It's a European size 6 and when I bought it a month ago it did not fit me. Now it is fitting A LOT better and I can get fully strapped into it. Basically, from looking at the picture, I just need to lose a little bit of weight and continue to lift weights so my arms will become leaner. Right now they're fatty and that's no good for a sleeveless dress.
I'm feeling really good this week about my body. I don't know if I'll lose any weight on Monday but I've come to terms with the fact that I am working my muscles incredibly hard with The Firm 6 days a week. It's amazing how I haven't lost any weight at all, yet I fit my wedding gown as if I've lost several inches everywhere. Tomorrow I will be measuring my body fat percentage, body measurements and weight. The weight part of it is starting to become the least important part in this battle because I'm seeing/feeling big results but it's not showing up on the scale at all.

That dress is gorgeous and you look so good in it! I think it's perfect for you!
Great news on the dress fitting but the scale not moving. I have gone up in weight by 1 or 2 pounds the past week, but I do the Firm or another weight DVD 3 or 4 days a week, so I hope it's muscle I'm building. I'll just have to keep at it and watch my clothes fall off!

Okay, so we're rooting for opposite teams. Here's the deal, though. Neither my husband nor I really watch a lot of sports on TV. However, his dad was a huge Patriots fan. And he killed himself several years ago in January. Which was right before the Super Bowl. And the Patriots made it to the Bowl *and won* that year. So, we root for them now. I guess that was in January 2002 when he committed suicide. WOW! It's been six years already! Crazy how time flies. Okay, I know that sounded like a sad story just to tell you why we root for the Patriots. Sorry!
Love the dress, can totally see why you like it!! If you are working out as hard as you say you are (6 days a week) wouldn't that be part of the on-scale issue? Like you said, you are losing inches, so hang in there and keep up the good work!!

Arms are so difficult--- well at least for me. If I ever had a sleeveless dress I would be so worried about my back and arms. How long do you have now?

Honey you are gonna be one beautiful bride!! The dress is gorgeous, I absolutly love it! I know you are gonna start seeing that scale go down. I know its frustrating to not see the weight loss but know you are getting your self in shape and losing the inches because your dress is fitting better.
