I don't recall ever making a real New Year's Resolution. This will be my first official one. I never did before because I was afraid of breaking it, but I know myself well enough to know that I can do it as long as it achievable.
Here it is - I'd like to go back to 115 pounds
I'm starting with the basics. Drink 64 ounces of water a day, take a multi-vitamin, begin an exercise routine weekly, and eat reasonably. I will still use Weight Watchers as my tool for tracking the food I eat so I can stay on track.
I will worry about fruits, veggies and dairy later on down the road. I don't want to overwhelm myself so I'm starting small. The water and the multivitamin are easy because I've never strayed from that for a long time now. The exercise is going to be the biggest challenge, so that will be my main focus for the week.
I won't be recording a weight loss goal until next week since I'm not weighing in until the 9th. I want to give my body a week to get used to what it's like to eat like a normal human being.
I hope everyone else out there had a great holiday and enjoyed their New Year's celebration!

Leanne!
Good luck girl! I KNOW you can do it! We are hear for you!
Yours sound just like mine! Im trying to get my body back to normal eating because let me tell ya after eating yucky for awhile I don't think my body knows what is going on lol.
I know you can do it and I have lots of faith in you!!!! Keep up the good work and just keep on pushing!
I am so glad you are back. I was MIA too and gained all my weight back plus some over the holidays. We can do this together! We won't be perfect but we will slowly get all our weight back off.. :-)
Hi Leanne, how are you? I've not been on here for about 6 months I think. I have been so busy and have completely put my diet on the backburner and am severely paying for it now! I have put on 2stone (28lbs) in 9months and that's ontop of the weight I wanted to lose in the first place so now want to lose 3 and a half stone (50lbs) which to me sounds like such a hard thing to do. I have lost 21lbs before, about two years ago but this time it just hasn't seemed to happen for me. I seem to lose a little and then gain twice as much as I'd lost! I know you have succeeded so much with your weight loss int he past.. losing 75lbs and I would love to be able to achieve as you have. Please help me. I have started University this year and am nowhere near any weight watchers or slimming world groups so cannot get to any of them. What can you suggest as my weight is really getting me down and I need to sort it fast otherwise I am going to end up being huge! Thank you x x x x
Great start to a new year with a simple resolution. Mine is to FINALLY MEET MY GOAL! I didn't set a time line for me to do it. Just some time this year!
Hey Leanne! Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day. I'm glad to see you are still motivated! Good luck with your weigh in on Wednesday! And happy new year!
