Weekly Reflections
I had a gain but it was expected. Before I stepped on the scale I told my WW leader that I deserved whatever I got. So I gained 1.6 pounds.
I was not controlling my portion sizes at all. Ice cream played a big role in that one. Every night I had 3 scoops of ice cream. I would count three scoops as 2 points when I know that each scoop alone is really 2 points. Sometimes I even had 3 scoops and then went back for 2-3 more scoops in the same evening.
I really need to step it up. Seriously, guys. I am slacking off! This week I WILL -
- Drink 70 ounces of water per day
- Eat all my fruits and veggies
- Eat all my dairy
- Exercise 4 days this week
- Stay on plan
- Be honest about my points and portion sizes
I hope everyone is having a wonderful week! I am feeling positive and I know I can stop with the ice cream addiction!

You can do it!
your goals seem attainable. This week WILL be better! Everyone has an off week or 2 or 3 . I definitely had mine this week. You will do better especially since you recognized where you went wrong and have made a committment to do better. Keep us updated!

you and me with the ice cream
honestly, i understand *just* where you are coming from! this week has been a good one for me on that front, but i know how quickly that can change from past experience. it is REALLY tough when you have that whole 1/2 gallon in front of you to stick to the one-serving (or even 2... or 3...) rule. i am positive you can do this though. maybe even set a mini goal for just making it through one day, and then attack the next one when it arrives. it helps me to stay accountable by promising myself to blog or at least log every night. i don't want to disappoint myself.
i did of course, smirk when i read your goal of getting all your dairy in. you better make sure some of that dairy is from milk and yogurt, and i don't mean the kind with added-cream or the frozen kind, respectively! ;)

Accountability
I mean, you could have just skipped WI, but you didn't. That speaks volumes. Yesterday was the first day of summer, so the ice cream kind of goes with it. Maybe you could get some single servings or something. You can do it!

Good plan
Definitely be honest about the points and portion sizes, even if you go over. Hugs!! Keep up the great work and have an awesome weekend!!

Portion Sizes
I know what you mean. This week I have been doing real good on portion sizes but other weeks I don't. I know I love food and that will never change so I am learning to make baby changes. Like my family loves ice cream in the summer. We have Braums kind, homemade kind and store bought. What I do is I bought me some 100 cal fudge bars and some skinny cow ice cream sandwiches. And if I am really wanting the other kind with the family I have been having a smaller bowl. I still eat the brownie, hot fudge and cherry but less ice cream since my favorite is the hot fudge and brownie..lol I count my calories even if I go over except on free day.

Made My Day!
Hey Leanne,
I wanted to let you know you made my day telling about the "lite" Cinimmon Fraps at Starbucks! I was so happy to hear they do that....yay for me
Ya, I still haven't been able to kick the ice cream addiction so I have no words of wisdom in that area. Heck, I should be getting thank-you cards from Ben & Jerry for as much money as I have given them ;) Have a great weekend!

Focus, focus, focus....
Don't worry about any mistakes that put the weight on, just focus on getting back on track and staying on track. You have the plan since you have been successful so just take care of business and stay focused. To stela the quote from Waterboy, "YOU CAN DO IT!!"
