Planning to Not Plan

Thank you all for giving me such good advice.  I would like to find a middle ground but unfortunately for now that's not going to happen. 

Last night I got 13 hours of sleep.  I woke up about 8 times to go pee which is strange because I drank the same amount of water as usual and I usually get up once each night.  I think my body is trying to get rid of something.

I woke up and felt good this morning with normal energy.  We went out for lunch and the went for a drive and by the afternoon the energy was completely gone.  Even a deep breath takes effort.  The whole world seems strange like being in a daze.  I'm zombified.

One day left to get ready for the big trip.  I don't care what it takes, I will be healthy by Monday!  I hope all of you have a great weekend!

Sick

It would be horrible to be sick on your trip!    Get lots of rest and maybe take some airborne.  have you ever tried it?  It works great.  Have fun!  Thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the comment on the pic I can see a difference every day and wearing clothes that were not available 3 months ago is great also.  My son says there is no difference but the last three times we played basketball I have beaten him without getting tired and I remind him that as I drop the lbs the losses for him will mount up higher each time.  I hope your vacation is relaxing and fun!

you have to trust your body

i'm not sure what's going on, but it definitely sounds like something in your system is out of whack, with sleeping so long and still having no energy.  i think that you made the right decision to take the time off between now and vacation and do your best to just put healthy foods in your body, get plenty of rest, and take care of yourself. 

bottom line is if your body is trying to tell you something, you have to listen to it (like if you drink a ton and feel terrible the next day, or eat a bunch of junk and just feel ill to your stomach - other examples of body telling brain: don't do this).  if you're hungry (genuinely physically hungry), you should eat, even if it's over the "allotted points".  too often do we ignore our bodies' signals. 

...of course, usually it's on the overeating, not undereating side.  i hope you feel better very soon!

We'll miss you!!  Have a good time and I hope you feel miraculously better Monday a.m. when you leave.  Be safe, have fun, etc etc etc.

If

this continues during the week, then maybe a health check up with a doctor is a good idea. You don't want to ignore anything your body is trying to tell you. It could be a case of low blood sugar or thyroid hormones. But I hope you feel better in time for Disney. It wouldn't be as much fun if you were too tired to go. Let us know how you're doing.

I hope you start to feel better soon. I know how you feel with that zombie feeling. I think your body is just doing its way of communicating with you. Our bodies talk to us in different ways, just rest and let your body heal. That is what my suggesstion would be. You are going to go on vacation and you are going to have a good time and that is what your body needs. A rest mentally and physically. You are already going to get alot of exercise from walking up and down at Disney, so don't worry and think you won't be getting any exercise. As well as exercise your mind will take a load off of things, I know when I travel I don't ever think of anything about work, money, etc. Go and have a good time!

I hope you can start to feel better soon. Maybe today before you guys leave have a special time for you, like take a bath, or go shopping, read a book etc. Just stick it in there, and take it easy.

Don't worry and remember you are going to be at the happiest place on earth tommorow! Just take a peak!

thx...u know i have to hand in my  dessertation this month...so very stressed and m very sensitive to the fluctuation of my weight loss!
