4 Days
About 4 days left until Disneyland and the week is already almost over!
I am disappointed in myself that I don't think I will be getting in 15 AP's this week for the challenge. I skipped my workout on Sunday and Tuesday and would have been ok working out straight through Saturday. Unfortunately I was exhausted and stressed from work today so I managed 2 AP's instead of 3. I am worried that I will be tired tomorrow and Saturday. Lots of stressful things going on at work, not enough sleep and my energy is depleted after the hour commute. I tried, though. 2 AP's is way better than none!

Hang in there
I hope you start getting your energy back soon. I know those weeks very well. Those weeks where you have a plan set out and there are just those days where you don't feel like working out, but you push yourself with no energy to do any of it. I had one of those days on Tuesday. I wanted to quit in class, but I pushed the whole way. I probaly didn't burn my usual calories but like you said it's better than nothing. So don't be upset, sometimes our bodies need a nice rest from exercising, I know if you rest for a little bit, you can get right back in the groove of things.
Anyways, four more days!!! WOOHOO!!! You are going to have a blast!

Pictures
Be sure to take LOTS of pictures at Disneyland. Don't forget to post them here. I think you can take a little rest. You are doing fine and a few less AP won't kill ya! It's the weekend! You are almost on vacation! I'm so excited for you.

you done good
don't berate yourself too much on the one missed AP. for me, the hard part on days like these is even *getting* myself to the gym. most days, if I get there, I can get the workout in, but do I motivate myself by saying to myself, "even if I dont go as hard today (which is probably your equivalent of APs - not too familiar w/ these myself), at least I will have gone and I will feel better about it afterward."
most days, if I just get myself there, I can even manage to do my normal workout - so the days when that doesn't happen, you know you are actually just that physically exhausted. give yourself a break and applaud yourself for getting to the gym in the first place! hope you have a marv time on vacay =)

Yoga
Does Yoga count as AP points? I don't know much about AP but you sound like you need some good yoga to help you destress from your everyday life.
2 AP is better than none and you're doing fine. Sometimes we have bad and good weeks. Just take one thing at a time. Then off to Disneyland you go!
