Happy New Year!!
I can't believe it's 2007 already. I'm glad to have the chance to start a new year with a new attitude and a new, clean slate. I've also started a new job and I'm going to take all these new things and make a great new ME!!
Weight loss isn't the only thing I want to work on this year. I also want to work on making my family better. I want us to be happier, closer and spend more time together.
My actions (goals) for making my weight loss happen:
Walking (min. 30 min.): daily
Find an eating plan that will help me lose weight and control my diabetes
Keep a positive attitude
Keep track of my exercise
Journal my eating
I'm sure there are many other things that I need to do to lose weight, but for right now I'm going to concentrate on those things and then add more when I'm ready. I don't want to give myself too many expectations and set myself up for failure.
