I've been a slacker
Wow, it's been a long time since I've updated and worked on my weight loss.
I'm finally back on track, but I'm not doing WW any longer. I'm trying to get control of my diabetes, so I'm doing a low-carb way of eating.
I've done pretty good the last couple of days and I'm hoping to stay on track for the rest of the week. I'm taking this a couple of days at a time. If I look too far into the future I'll get discouraged and I'll fail...yet again. I'm going to do this in little pieces and goals and not give into the thought that I've got too much to lose, so it's useless.
I'm on my way.
