My first weigh-in
I completed my first week of eating the Weight Watchers way and it was good. I messed up a few time, but I got right back on track and moved forward. I lost 2.4 lbs. the first week. I'm hoping I can keep it up.
I've been doing pretty good at exercising and I'm feeling GREAT!! I've been doing either an exercise video or walking. I prefer walking, but when I can't get out there I work out to the video.
My husband is being very supportive also and that really helps. He's trying to lose weight also, not as much as I need to, but it's still hard for him.
Tomorrow is a new week for me and I plan to be really strict with myself and stick to my points and use my flex points only when I really have to.
