1st Day!!
I've done pretty good today. For breakfast I had a fruit/yogurt smoothie (homemade). Lunch was a tuna sandwich with whole what bread (loaded with fiber) and lettuce. Snack was not good...ChexMix. Then for dinner I had some crackers and more of my tuna salad. I've made the decision to not eat after 6 p.m. so dinner was early.
I'm proud of myself for not eating at my daughters class party today (for the last day of school). They had a ton of food and none of it was healthy or appealing, so I walked down to my other daughters classroom...to get away from the food...I walked into her classroom just in time to see them handing out cupcakes and candy bars. Thanks teach for loading them up with sugar a half our before they had to go home. LOL
I still haven't exercised yet today, so I'll probably do an exercise video after the kids go to bed. I wanted to get up and go walking early this moring, but I my friend was over last night and we ended up talking until 2:30 this morning...early morning exercise was NOT going to happen.
