CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE!!!!!

 Nothing fits me.  My weight has gone up to 155.0 lbs. SOMEONE HELP ME!  Kick me in the butt, do what you have to do.  I've lost my job, and I'm just toptally depressed and EATING!  I have to stop.  Totally.  And I have to be accountable for what I am eating.  Like, writing it out in a blog EVERYDAY!  I need to EXERCISE!   Somehow I need more energy and time to do the things I want to do. 


CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE:  LOSE 15 LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!


So I will be 140 lbs if I do this right. I've got about a month or so to do it.  STarting this moment.  WATER.  FIBER. EXERCISE.  That's it, that's my plan.  Sticking to the 800 cals a day OR LESS plan.  That's the way I'm going to do it.  Just like I did last time! I know I can do it!

 I feel terrible, I look terrible.  I don't know what to do about my weight.  Take more pills? There.  I need to exercise more.  More and More.  No one's home so maybe I will walk a bit.  God knows I could use it.

Under 800 calories and Had To Break My Fast

Well, I have been off the water fast for several days due to my dietitian saying it was dangerous and whatnot.  I have gained some weight back. So now, at the moment, I am preparing all three meals for myself and not having any snacks.  I'm still trying to keep it under 800 cals. 

I'd like to start tracking what I eat so I can be absolutely sure I'm under 800 cals.  For now,I've just kinda been estimating.  I mean, I'm pretty sure I'm under 800, but who knows for sure.  So, I have this other website that lets you track your nutrition and all for free, so I'll do that there.  Maybe here too, once I figure out how many calories are in each item.

Kinda Cheated, Now I'm doing It FOR REAL

I've kinda cheated on my water fast for the past few days, leading to no loss in weight, just kinda a plateau.  I was a little "snacky".  Just a little.  Now I'm going full force! Water so far for breakie, heading to the dietitian for lunchtime, and I just bought a new Nalgene bottle that is pba free!  No more leaching chemicals into my body!  My old one didn't have a cap anymore (it melted in the dishwasher... twice!) and I went to the store to look for a new one, but instead found the new pba free bottles and sprung for that instead. They hold 32 oz.  I figure that's a pretty good size.  I drank about three of them yesterday.  Probably couldv'e done better, but I didn't want to go overboard.  I already made a new rule!  For this one, the cap doesn't go in the diswasher!  Enough said.

Doing Okay On My Water Fast

I forget what day I started it, but I've shed 4 lbs since then and kinda stayed there.  Well, I kinda went UP (before the fast) and then I went down, so I don't know if you want to count it as a loss.  Gotta change what my weight says on my ticker anyway.

Work is starting to bail out on me!  I really liked this job, but for last week's schedule, they scheduled me OFF all week, and then this week, I'm just "On Call" (meaning I have to call them and find out if they need me:( ) for three days this week.  All sources say to look for another job.  Oh I just got this job!

I hate looking for work!

I was thinking of doing a week long water fast. Well, almost fast, because my family wants me to eat dinner with them and so I have to.  Other than that it's just lots of water (but not too much)  What do the rest of you think about that?

How I am Doing My Water Fast: The Rules!!!

I got these rules from a site called eHow.  Here's the link:

Here's the rules about the fast:

1.Get plenty of rest during your water fast. You may experience a drop in stamina and energy during this time. Don't overexert yourself. Maintain healthy sleep patterns.

2. Drink at least 7 to 10 glasses, each 8 oz., of distilled or purified water every day. Avoid tap water. It can reintroduce toxins and chemicals into your body and defeat the purpose of the fast.

3. Alternate a juice fast with a water fast if you're contemplating a longer fasting period. That way, your body can receive important vitamins and nutrients on a periodic basis.

4. Don't break your fast by eating a large meal. Eat a small one first. Wait for several hours to see if your body reacts negatively to it. Then resume your normal eating habits.

So this is what I'll be doing during the next week.  Hope to hear from all of you!

Water Fast!!!!

Yes, I'm thinking of going on a water fast for a week.  I would like to start it tomorrow, granted i find the information I want.  Like, how much water should I consume?  How often?  Has anyone out there gone on a water fast?  what did you do?

WEEK 3 RESULTS!!!

Okay so I gained 2 pounds this week

Went from 147 lbs. to 149 lbs.   It's not the eating, I've been keeping that under wraps.. I guess I just have to do some form of exercise other than the walking I've been doing. I thought it would be lower. My watch and ring are loose.  Why do I always lose weight in my wrists and hands first?  They're already small.  Try my belly.  I'd like to lose some weight there.
