Havent had nerve to get on the scale. havehnt had much luck. Just cant find the right way to get started. Ill keep working at it.

Well seen the Doctor, she was happy I lost some weight. I want to do better. I promise myself that I will stay happy at just losing one pound a week. Kind of enjoyed myself today but will be back at it.
The day has been raining,but I got some more work done in the house. Need to get things done before I start babysitting. Still trying to get my home daycare going. I wish I could find more children to watch. Will keep trying.

Not to bad yesterday. 2 cheese quessidieas, 1 pork chop, 1 serving stove top, 1 small helping mushrooms, 4 small onion roll ups, and some jelly beans. Now that I made up my mind to lose 1 lb. a week I dont feel as pressured. Still feeling like eating but trying to fight it off. Well see how today goes.
Well today is Tues. Yesterday I ate salad for lunch, homemade chicken soup. a few tortilla chips with alittle low fat cheese on them. But than later I had a sweet tooth and ate some jelly beans. Still not to bad. Imade up my mind that I will listen to the Doctor and try to lose 1-2 lbs a week. I feel like I have to lose more than that to succeed. At least the weight did,nt go up. Just one day at a time.
Well I weighted in on Sat. Lost 1 lb. I hope to do much better this week. I feel positive I can lose more weight this week. I know that I have to wach harder at what I eat. I learned last week that I have to do more than cut back. New week and a new day. Will see what happens.

well today i got rid of most of the junk food. planning on working on some crafts and reading to keep from eating. Writing on this web page might help keep food out of my mouth. Well just do one day at a time and see what happens.
I just read about this website on thursday 1-17-08. I am hoping this works i have tried everything. I have had trouble since my second child out of seven was born. I want to get healthy for myself first then kids and grandkids. I will be starting on monday eating a healthy diet after cleaning out all the junk food in the house. Sure hope this works.
