My body seems to be stuck at 140 and doesn't want to go into the 130's. It can be pretty frustrating, but I am going to beat that scale and make it tell me 139.5 by tomorrow!
Yesterday I put up my Christmas tree and my little village. This is the first time I set up a village for Christmas and I love it! I had to put them above the kitchen cabinets to prevent my 2 years old from playing with them. I have a 9 foot ceiling in my apartment, so it's nice to have some room on top. It looked soo pretty and homey at night time with the lights glowing from the little houses. I should take a picture and show them to you.
My christmas tree is another story. It's practically falling apart. We bought a cheap 4 foot christmas tree from Target during my first year of marriage. I have very few ornaments on it and lights. No tree skirt or star yet. Next year I am buying a new tree with pre lit lights on it with skirt and a star. My daughter thinks it's pretty and constantly pick at the ornaments.
I have a friend coming over today and we plan to do some christmas shopping at the mall. I'm thrilled to get out of the apartment and get some exercise. Maybe that will get me into the 130's. I'm also happy she's coming because my daughter hasn't been able to play with anyone for a while and she is bored like crazy. So my friend has a 2 years old son and they can play together.
I need to start thinking about going to the YMCA again. I think I will go tomorrow before meeting my other friend. It's hard to get back in the habit of going to the gym after being away for soo long. I was traveling all month of October and I just wanted to stay home for a while. Now I am ready to get out again. I'm only half a pound away from 130's and I want to get there!

130's
You can do it, girl! Walk hard while you're shopping.
Sorry to say your 130s are NOT here. I wish! Be sure to send over your 140s when you're done with them.
Your village sounds pretty. I never thought of putting them over my kitchen cupboards before. Then again, that particular area of the house is already cluttered with barely-used appliances.
Have fun shopping and burning off those calories! I would guess with some little ones that will give you some extra exercise too. Best of luck! Hang in there... :)
..would be a dream come true for me!!!! But, the kids demand a real tree, so what can I do? I need new ornaments so badly. All of mine have been broken by my curious cats! LOL Have fun shopping today!!!! You out to burn a few cals that way!
