Calories
Since I started to subscribe to Fitness magazine, I've been following their advices and suggestions on exercise but I didn't pay too much attention to the food. This month magazine came out with drop a jean size in 4 weeks. I started following their calorie plan for 2 days and I lost 2 lbs in 2 days. This is the first time I've realized that calories are important. It's easy for me to follow when I have my own food but when we go out to eat, it's hard to figure out the calories especially local restuarants that don't provide nutritional information. I'm going to continue to follow this plan and see how much I can lose. I got 1 and a half lb left to get rid of my vacation weight gain. Hope everyone having a great summer and going down the scale.
