June accomplished nothing.
So today is the last day of June and I feel like I had another month that I accomplished nothing in weight loss. It's still the same. I'm not giving up yet though but I had to sit down and think about what is preventing me from going into the 130's. I was doing very well in April before I started all of my traveling and I believe I was watching more of what I was eating than I am now. I was more in routine with my exercise and I haven't exercise as much. I seem to find it hard to focus on weight loss during the summer.
My husband's blood pressure has been skyrocketed lately and the doctor is encouraging him to exercise. So he told me last night that he wants to go to the YMCA today and I told him sure. Let's see if he actually goes. He hates to exercise in the gym but he doesn't have much of a choice because it's too hot outside for him to exercise. He's on medication that he needs to stay out of the sun. I'm hoping he would go, so I can get more of my weight training in.
I'm sorry I've been really quiet lately but I'm trying to get back into blogging here more often as well. I just been really busy more than usual and friends has been constantly instant messaging me more than usual. Alot of distraction lately and it's time for me to get back to work.
