28 years ago,
I was born at 2am. Yep, it's my birthday today! I'm not doing much today since my hubby has to work late today but we do have a date out for tomorrow night. I'm so look forward to having a break from my daughter and spend some alone time with my hubby.
I ran on the treadmill yesterday and it was a struggle to get my 15 minutes done but I did it. There are some days when my body doesn't want to run and some days when it just want to keep going. Yesterday it didn't want to run.
Other than that, I'm feeling good and keep trying to get into the 130's again. I'm only 140 and still stuck there. I'm like MOVE DOWN! So I'm hoping this week I will get there. That is if I don't eat too much dessert for my birthday ha!

Angel told me it was your birthday! How exciting! Hope you are having a wonderful day! I'd kill to be 28 again!!! Lucky! I decided this morning that I'm going to start lying about my age! LOL Although I like being 40, so maybe I'll wait until I turn 41.
