Not Much Going On
I really don't have much to say today. I was home all day yesterday cleaning the bathroom which really needed to be clean. I went food shopping and ordered some new glasses that I will get today when my husband finish work.
I was reading Self magazine on the plane and I found something interesting that may help me burn more fat. Scientists from University of Tokyo suggests to weight lift first before doing cardio. The weight lifting will help you burn 10 percent more fat than those who simply do cardio. Lifting also taps those hormones that guide fat into the furnace. The reverse--doing carido, then weights-- doesn't. I was doing the reverse. So it's time for me to change my workout a bit the next time I go to the Y. Pretty cool stuff to know.

I've read that before...
That's what they say - warm up with light cardio for 5-10 minutes, then lift weights, then do cardio.
You're doing great - keep it up!

Weights
I'm going to try this. I've always done it in the reverse as well. I guess I've always look at weightlifting as the more relaxing part of my workout so I've always done it last. I'm going to try and start doing some before I go running. Let me know how it goes for you!
