Got some things done
Wow, today I was busy.
I did all my wash, dusted the entire down stairs, helped hubby with a problem in the bath room work. Still not done, keep running into new problems, if we get this bath room done by the New Year I will be surprised
Why is it the simplest of things can run into problems!!?
I put a Oven Roaster in the oven for dinner. Walked on the treadmill for 30 mins. Still have to vac. the downstairs, but I just might do that tomorrow. I'm feeling pretty tired now, so I think I'm calling it quits for today. Besides that I still have to fold the last load in the dryer.
Looking forward to the Biggest Loser tonight, don't forget that its on.

I'm Back
Well today I am feeling much better. Took it easy over the weekend, and glad that I did.
Didn't work out today, because its my first real day of feeling better and I didn't want to push my luck
Tomorrow I plan on doing some cardio. I'll see how it goes.

Stomach problems
I need to take the next few days off. I'm having problems with my stomach. I think I have IBS, or something. Been under a lot of stress the last few weeks, and I'm really tired too. So I 'm taking a few days off and just taking care of my tummy problems, and going to get some extar rest.
I'll be back in a few days. Maybe Mon. I'll see how I feel.

Hard work out!
Well today I put in CC#5 and boy was it hard!!! Only could do Challenge 1. Really didn't think I was going to finish it, but with Sean coaching me I managed to finish the whole challenge!!!
My legs felt like jello, and they felt like they were going to burn right off of my body, but Seans voice in the back ground kept me going.
Winners never stop short!!! that's the kind of stuff Sean tells us as we work out!!!
It wasnt' my best work out, but I'm happy that I did it, and I know each week will be better, and stronger
Going to check in on some of you now, if I don't get to everyone today I will see you tomorrow.

Work out for today is done
Today's work out is done. Did weights today. Felt really good.
Thanks for all the comments yesterday concerning my hair. Still don't like it, but it will grow back, so I'm done with caring about how it looks. There's a lot more in this world to get upset about!
Don't forget the Biggest Loser is on tonight for all of you who do watch the show. Looking forward to it since it wasn't on last week.
Nothing much else to say.

Rainy Day
Its very rainy, and dark here today. Had to push myself to work out. Really just wanted to skip the work out, but I am determined to loose body fat so I have to work out no matter how I feel.
Walked on my treadmill for a half hour. It felt good to be moving. Didn't do any challenges today, just enjoyed the exercise!

Work out Done!!!!!
Yay, I did my work out!!!!
I feel like I'm starting all over with the weights
found it to be a harder work out than I thought it would be. Could be because its night time and I am more tired than during the day. Couldn't do what I was doing before I got sick. So now I'm at the beginner stage again
but I know in a few days or weeks I'll be stronger than I was tonight
Its amazing how fast I can loose my strenght, thank goodness muscle has memory!!!!

On my list of things to do!
It's 6:24 pm right now and I'm going to do my BL dvd, also my ab work.
I don't like working out at night because I have a hard time falling a sleep at night, but I'm going to do it tonight. Don't want another day to go by with out taking care of my body.

Day Off
Well I had to take the day off today from working out.
When I woke up this morning I had a plan to get certain things done, all of which didn't happen. Had to change my day around to get something more pressing done for my Business that I am trying to get off the ground.
Plan on doing my weights tomorrow, and maybe some extar cardio. I'll see about the cardio.
Eating has been on target, so I happy for that.
