Work out done for today

Today I rode my bike for 40 mins.  Had a good work out, and feel good

Never got my out side lights up today.  Husband had plans that we both forgot about, and with all the rain here today, its likely we wouldn't have done it anyway. 

I'm so glad Michelle made it to the finals!!!  Hope she is the one who takes the prize. Can't wait for next week.  Going to have to find something else to watch when its over.  Hope something good comes on during that time slot.

Christmas work out

Well today I didn't do my normal work outs.  Today I put up all the house decorations, and put the tree up too.  I worked all day on it from 9-4, so I guess I can call that a work out.  I'm more tired tonight than when I do my normal work outs!  So I think I burned some cals. not to mention all the bending up and down all day, so my legs had a really good work out too! 

Tomorrow going to put up the outside lights.  Its going to be near 50 here.  I am so behind this year.  I usually have them up outside in Nov. to beat the bitter cold, but this year I don't know what happened.  Just been extar busy.  Got most of my shopping done, still have a few more things to buy.  Going to save all the wrapping until I have everything in the house, then I'll just put a whole day a side to do that.  I went to the mall yesterday, and I was surprised how empty it was.  Was in and out a lot faster than I thought I would be! 

Well that's about it here, don't forget the BL is on tonight.  One more show to go after this one.  Wow, it went so fast!

Holding Off

I have been thinking about starting a New program this week, but I have decided to hold off until the new year. 

Its just to busy a time of the year to start something new and put thought and time into it everyday.  So for now just going to keep doing what I have been doing  until the Hoildays are over.

Going to walk on the treadmill today.  Hope you all have a great day

Worked out

Today I did 20 mins. of cardio on the bike.  Worked hard, and it felt good!

Off today

I took the day off today because I was having company.  Our friend for over 30 yrs. is here today.  I know him since Sunday School, and he is my Husband's best friend.  His wife couldn't come cause she had to work, but I'll see them for New Year's.  They come every New Year's and we do our Christmas gifts with each other, then they spend the night.  Wouldn't want them driving home on New Year's Eve  They live in NY and it takes about 2 hours to get here.

The Men are having some Man time alone now so I decided to come online and blog.

Sure is getting Cold out tonight.  Its going down to the 20's.  Brrrrr!

Thinking I might start bringing  some Christmas stuff up tomorrow and get myself going.  So much to do and so little time.  I'm really late this year, I have the Tree up and shopping started right after Thanksgiving.  This year I am way behind.

Well that's about it here, going to see how you all are doing.

Today Treadmill

Today I did 30 mins. on my treadmill.  I posted my time on the support group but didn't have time to write a whole blog today.  I'm sure with all the Christmas stuff coming there will be more days like today, but I wanted to post that I worked out.  (Walking, Running,Ellipticals, Wt. Training) support group.

Started my Christmas shopping.  I can't believe Christmas is 3 weeks away from today Where did the time go?

Next week I need to get busy around the house, and put up the tree, and all the decorations.  Need to bring up all the wrapping stuff too.  I love Christmas and all that goes with it

Well that's about it here, nothing really new.  Some days I just don't know what to write.

Another work out in.

Well I tried and do the 20 min bike ride today like Bill said.  I have to tell you I didn't hit any high points there.  Not sure if I'm going to be able to do it his way.  Going to keep trying for a few days and see.  If I can't get into it, I'm just doing CC.  It's hard for a cardio nut to give up cardio.  I think Bill just likes doing wts. most guys do.  Us women are the ones always running our little hineys off on the machines.

Not worried about the work out anymore.  No matter what I do as long as I do the wts. and watch the food, my fat should melt off my body.  I do like his idea with the wt. part.  Never did wts. like that before.  Its always been the same amount of wt. with 3 sets of 12-15 reps, so I'm looking forward to his wt. program.  Food is going to be ok too.  Don't know if I can get 6 meals in a day, but going to do the best that I can.
 
Been very busy around the house today.  I'm tired now, and going to go sit and read some more BFL.
 
Oh yea, I still can't believe Vicky is still on the show.  She should have sent the man home last night if she was such a game player!  That wasn't a smart thing for her to do, because if she falls behing the yellow line next week and someone else from her team does to, who do you think is going to go home?  Not only is she evil, she's not smart!
 
OK, sorry for my rant, but I have never disliked anyone from that show before as much as I dislike her.

Walked today

I walked for 40 mins today on my treadmill. 

Been thinking how I'm going to work my cardio when I start doing the Body for Life program.  Bill says to do cardio only  20 mins., but a very intense 20 mins.  I'm not sure I'm doing cardio that way.  I really love doing the CC interval work outs for cardio, and I think I'm going to stick with that.

I'll do all Bill's wt. training stuff, and try and follow the meal plan as best as I can, but I'm not giving up my Cardio Coach!  Between the two programs I should be in good hands

I was out a lot today, and I'll have more time tomorrow to catch up with everyone.  I'm really tired now, so I think I'm going to call it a night here at EP.

Don't forget the Biggest Loser is on tonight.  I really hope Vicky gets the boot tonight.  See ya tomorrow.

Check out the new photo in my album.  This picture was done to show me what I will look like 50lbs. less!!  Its amazing!!! 

Thanks to GCQMom for listing the web site!  Now I really want to take this wt. off.  I see most improvments in my hips, and tummy area.  Face, and arms look the same.  I didn't want to put it on the after and have people think I lost all that weight yet, so its in my album to look at so I can get motivation from it!

Wow, this is exciting! 

Need a New Plan

OK, I had enough going in circles.  I'm putting myself on a New Plan this week.  I dug out my Body for Life books, and am going to sit down and read them this week. I'm tired of wasting my time.  I need something that is going to make me see results, and I believe the Body for Life is it.

My Son showed me how to use his wt. bench this morning.  Now I'll have a really good bench to work on!  Plus he has all the heavy wts. I'll need in the future.

Need time to read the book, going to skip through all the stories and just focuse on the work out plan.  Haven't read the book in a long time so I want to make sure I know what I need to do.  Not to mention I need to dust off the bench and put together the wts. that I will need to start off with.

Also need to get the food part together.  Lucky for me I have been eating most of the foods, but I want to read all that again too.

So I'm hoping by the end of the week I will be able to start the whole program.  Not sure if I want to go with only one day of rest.  I really like the 2 days off because I think its better for me.  I guess I'll see how I can work that into the program.

In the mean time I plan on doing my cardio until I am able to begin this program.

So that's my plan for the week.  It feels really good to have a Plan.
