Walked today
I walked for 40 mins today on my treadmill.
Been thinking how I'm going to work my cardio when I start doing the Body for Life program. Bill says to do cardio only 20 mins., but a very intense 20 mins. I'm not sure I'm doing cardio that way. I really love doing the CC interval work outs for cardio, and I think I'm going to stick with that.
I'll do all Bill's wt. training stuff, and try and follow the meal plan as best as I can, but I'm not giving up my Cardio Coach! Between the two programs I should be in good hands
I was out a lot today, and I'll have more time tomorrow to catch up with everyone. I'm really tired now, so I think I'm going to call it a night here at EP.
Don't forget the Biggest Loser is on tonight. I really hope Vicky gets the boot tonight. See ya tomorrow.

cardio coach
Alicia (gettinfit) got me hooked on CC, too.
It's still interval training, just a little different sequence. My understanding is that BP, being a weights guy at heart, wanted to devise a cardio component that was super effective in the smallest amount of time possible.

YUCK!
I don't like Vicky either. She has my vote....right off of there!
Way to go on the walk. Your challenge has really kept me accountable. Thanks!
Yes, I think you'll be seeing some great results if you do CC and the strength training AND follow the BFL eating plan.

Hey there
I'm with you, there is NO WAY I could give up Cardio coach either.
Do you have CC 7? I can't remember.
I used Cardio Coach today. I used volume 7, challenge 1. I started with the warm-up on the track, then jumped on the stair mill for the challenge. It's SUPER CLOSE to the BFL intervals. The challenge is exactly 21 minutes.
If you don't have #7, I believe that doing any HIIT training is exceptable. I think it's the DURATION that you want to keep track of. Hitting the high points is what you want, and doing to much becomes counter productive.
I hope that makes sense. I know what I'm trying to say.
You are doing so awesome being a leader and guiding each of us with your challenges. I'm so happy you are on EP.

Walking
I got one of my 30 mins of walking in today. Since most of my walking is outdoors I have to do it when the weather permits. Are you excited about doing the Body for Life?? I will be keeping up with you and encouraging you forward. Blessings, Chargail

Hmm
I would think you can use Body for Life as guidance. If you prefer the CC for your cardio, do it. So long as you're moving, and watching your food intake, it's all good!

booo
Boo vicky didn't go
The mother went and I really liked her. I hope Michelle can pull through and be the biggest loser. I don't really like anyone on the blue team. As far as CC or Body for life.. stick with what works for you! If you like one over the other stick with it.

Great job!
I don't want BL, but I just wanted to say great job on your treadmill workout!
