Good work out!
Well today I had a really good work out. I used my weights and had a total body work out with them. When I got done with that I rode my stationary bike for 20 mins! It was a good work out and I'm feeling happy that I did it. Just need to make sure I do something everyday.
Thank you Lori for asking me about Vitamins. Yes, I do take them every day, plus I also take Vit.C every day too! Its just the time of the year, plus like I said I tend to wear myself down by over working my work outs. I really need to rest 2 days a week so I don't get worn out. Some people can work out for 6 days and be fine, but I found that's not good for me. So for now on its 2 days rest!!!
Right now my Hubby is sick with some kind of flu, or virsus thing. I just hope I don't come down with it. He even had a Flu shot, so I don't think its the flu, but you never know what you can get when your out in the stores and around people. Last week my Son was sick with a cold, so who knows? Just hope I stay healthy and not come down with what they have or had.

Oh no! My husband is sick, too. This is like day 5...I better not catch it!! I'll be thinking healthy thoughts for us both! Good job on your workout! I've been putting mine off all day!
I know exactly how you feel about not loving shopping any more. I used to love, love, love to shop. Until I got heavy. Then I hated it. And I was so depressed because the one thing I loved was taken away. I wore stretchy pants and T-shirts, stopped wearing makeup, etc. It sucked. But once I started losing weight, I realized I needed to shop for new clothes, and slowly, with more and more weight coming off, I started to love shopping again. I felt whole again. Like I got a part of myself back!! Course, I'm missing a little bit again...don't really want to be going back up in sizes. I don't care if someone is a size 8 or a size 28....no one wants to go back, right? Anyway, you'll get down to a size 8 some day. And you can have my pants! :) Hopefully I won't be needing them much longer.

What works!
You have to find what works for you. I think two rest days is fine. Five days a week of exercise is a great accomplishment.
Way to go on getting those weights in there. You'll have the arms of your dreams in no time!
