I just want to leave a post to let my friends know that I am having computer problems. I plan on bringing it in on Mon. I'll try and come here if it allows me over the weekend, but it's really annoying because I keep getting pop ups, and it freezes on me.

Yes, I got in my weight training today
so glad I did it!!! Woke up my whole body and it felt great. Didn't over do the lunges, or squats. I want to make sure I can walk tomorrow!
Really loved how good it all felt, and loved working out with Bob, and the cast from the BL.
Eating is good so far to. Can't wait for Hubby to come with my list of foods that I asked for. Yougurt, cottage cheese, salad, etc. those are my new lunches, and snacks. Really miss eating them, hate when we run so low at the end of the wk.

Well I lost track of time today, was very busy cleaning my family room. Started out as just a normal 123 clean, and turned into more like a Fall clean. Also cleaned enclosed deck, so many cob webs, and dead bugs, and just outside dust. By the time I got done doing all that I was pretty hot, and sweaty. Said to myself well that was a good warm up. Didn't work out that way. I looked at the clock and remembered that I had to take one of the dogs for a grooming today, and also stop at the store for dog treats. Had to still take a shower, and get dressed, so there went my day with no work out in it.
Hopefully I will get the wt. training part done tomorrow. I didn't eat bad today, so I'm happy about that. Tomorrow Hubby goes food shopping so I will have a healthy list made up for him.

Eating is ok, need to be better at lunch time. Had some chips and I shouldn't have had them, also just ate a cheese sandwich with mayo. Another NO NO.
Fri. is the day Hubby is going to go food shopping, so I really don't have anything thing low cal, or heathy to eat in the house yet. Eating is going to be harder until than. At least I got myself moving and feeling good about that.
Ok, I did sit down and watch my BL dvd today, and am feeling really excited about using it!!!!
It will be something that I can start with, and something that I will be able to use later on too!! I love the way Bob explains how to do each exercise!!! He is so nice, but also tough!!! I'll start off with light wts. at first for the upper body, and not use wts. at all for the lunges, and squats (have my own body wt. to use
)

One day cardio
Second day only wts!!
Abs get done with the wts!!!
So I'm hoping to get started tomorrow. Going to start with cardio either treadmill, or stationary bike. Next day total body with wts.
Feeling much better tonight!!! Nothing is really hurting me any more, so I'm excited to get started tomorrow.
