Just a quick update, I've checked up on a few of you, but now hubby and son are demanding I come watch a movie with them, LOL --- Ohhh the joy of being wanted!

Yeah I've missed you too I haven't been on EP as much as I used to ! I just use it when I get overwhelmed because you & GCQ mom is about the only ones to talk to me regularly & Bubble butt since she has been back on ! I just have been ib shell shock having actually witnessed Kevin Davis plane go down ! My heart just cries out for his mom & dad & his crew !

It's nice to see that you're doing well. I'm glad all the medical issues turned out okay.
Isn't it nice to be complimented like that! I was out dancing yesterday and a friend I hadn't seen in a month backed away from me and looked me up and down and he said I look nice and thin!
Be careful with all the tuna this week, watch out for those high mercury levels!
I'm sure I've told you before, but here it goes again... You have done so well with your weight loss and reading through your posts on your journey has definitely been a big motivation and inspiration to me. You are proof that it's all in a change of attitudes and mindset that can get accomplish what you never thought would be possible. 23% BF is awesome!

You have no idea how much your comment made me feel better. Since October I have been trying so hard to lose weight. I will get in the right mind set for a while and then I am not sure what happens.
By the way - I love all your tattoo's I am in the process of getting my back piece together.
