Still Motivated
I reset my scale today so it wasn't below zero to start. I found I have 20 pounds to lose not the 17 I thought. Yikes. I have always had pretty good success with losing weight but as soon as I stop a program (I've tried them all) I go back to my old ways and gain the weight back. I hope that by keeping in touch with the group I will stay focused long after the weight is (hopefully) lost. Any encouragement will be appreciated.
