I think it really does help to report. I was surprised at how many times I opened the refrigerator just to see what was in there. Everytime I thought about having to write that I had eaten more than allowed, I just closed the door. I am happy to say that I stayed with my planned calories and I did an hour of exercise (walked). I couldn't wait to jump on the scale this am to see how much I lost - zero. Hopefully it will show a little nudge tomorrow.
