OMG! 1.4 lbs in a day?
In all seriousness... I could not believe the scale this morning. I got on twice to make sure... and not a third so I wouldn't jinx it 
For those who haven't read the past entries, I started the Anti-Estrogenic diet I found in a magazine. I haven't bought the book... and I yet don't know if I will... for now, I am just planning on doing the phase 1, two weeks of flushing estrogen out of the system. So I bought the milk thistle (small bottle) and I spent the day eating strawberries, yogurt with blackberries and raspberries, organic milk, carrots, and lots of water. When I got home last night I ate a nice piece of fish seasoned with a teaspoon of mixed spices over a bed of spinach and two glasses of green tea (the only caffeine permitted). I must admit that I feel great and even better when I hopped on the scale this morning.
Anyway... I am hoping to be able to stick to this for the next couple of weeks... we'll see where I go from there.
