Holding Steady

Well no weight loss...but at least I;m not gaining.  I got a .3 cc fill today...we will see if that helps jump start me again...Choices choices...that's what it really comes down to....Oh well...keep moving...11 lbs until I am just plain obese.  I was morbidly obese, now severly obese...in just 11 short pounds I will just be obese.  Then to overweight...then healthy!!!

Another couple gone!

Slowly but surely I make the turn....almost to 50 lbs gone....

Here we go again...being better about "cheating" but still cheating a little too much for my liking....

 

 

Not feeling well

I think I have a touch of the stomach flu...I am scared to eat today...my stomach roils at the thought...oh well a zero calorie day won't hurt the weight loss any....

I was so excited to find another lapband person on this site!  Kramer5 I hope you visit my blog!!! 

YEAH!

another one bites the dust

Another pound gone!  Exercised for two hours today, am tired, but a GREAT tired!  still keeping my mind focused...I slip a little, but not badly....cal are probably around 1500 a day...I'd like to get it down to the recommended 800 which I think I will with my upcoming fill....11 days until the fill...then we will see!

ANother day

Having a fairly good week here...I am scheduled for a fill on Jan 23rd.  Hopefully this will get me eating like a bandster.  I know I am close to the sweet spot...I need to keep my head there, and soon that scale will be zipping downward again.  A couple more pounds down.  Can't wait to hit the 50 lb mark!  The next mark will be a big one....I'll be dropping under the 200 lb mark!  That is so exciting...I haven't been under 200 since 1992 or so....The trick for me is to keep the goals at 25 lbs, attainable small goals so I don't look at the big picture...because that is still so discouraging, although every pound lost is a pound closer...it  still feels so far away.  Here's to a great 2006! 

Another day, another half lb

WEll another 1/2 pound is gone....walking the dogs, water aerobics, whatever and however I can fit exercise in....I need to drink more h2o, but overall am happy with my progress....keep it up girl!

Made it through

Well I made it through the holidays....and I am even down...I haven't updated in a long time, but the next result is a loss of pounds...I actually stayed the same through the holidays... whew!      Now to keep it up in the new year....

 

 

Early day 5

I am off to be an election inspector...so go out and vote.. I know it is only local elections, but VOTE anyway...besides I broke another 10 lb barrier today....   WHoo hoo!  Keeping my head in the game!

Well I'm still moving downward...keep it up, watch those calories...   Keep my head in the game!

Day Two

Well I ended up eating 1100 calories yesterday....so I was down a pound....but I ate 1685 today...someone should have told me those stupid salads from Arby's were almost 800 calories with dressing!  Holy cow!  So here I am...better than two days ago, still not totally in the game...to get the band to work most effectively I need to consume between 700 and 1000 calories..believe me I could do it.  I eat beyond full almost everytime...and then pick up a snack once a day...I'm still plugging along...waiting for the thin person to take control of this fat one....
