HELP!

I want to eat something  so  bad! I'm  not  hungry  but   the  food  is  calling my   name.  This  no  eating  after  7pm sucks. So I'm  just  sharing  my pain to help me.

Although i don't want any junk  food  I do   want to eat a crossant   and  that cornbread  stuffing looks great  too.  Lord  please give  me  strength to make it  until the  morning.

I don't think I can make it until the morning.   I hope I won't  have  any problems sleeping.   The  food will  be there in the morning. The food will be there  in the  morning. Maybe  if  I keep  telling  myself  that  I will actually make  it  til the morning. Only time will tell.

Week 3

I did well last week inspite of my electricity being off due to the storms for 3 days. Needless to say, I did not work out Friday or Saturday due to the lack of electricity. I stuck to my 4 to 6 meals a day and did not eat pass 7pm. My cheat day (Saturday) went well but it was hard staying on task Sunday.

This week my goal is to eat veggies/fruit with every meal. I am not a big veggie eater so this is definitly a challenge for me. I also want to work out 5 days this week. I know that my days were cut short for a good reason but I'm trying to improve my habits.

I forgot to weigh myself this morning. So I will have to wait until next week to weigh myself. I'm sure I lost at least one pound. So next week I plan to see at least two pounds off of my body. I made the mistake of mentioning the one pound I lost to my brother. He made me feel like loosing one pound was nothing. I told him I encouraged him with his cutting back on smoking and drinking. He needs to be supportive of me as well. I still was a little down about it for the whole day though. Why do we allow others negative comments to control our day? I still stayed on track with my meal plan which is what really counts.

Have a healthy day!

Getting adjusted

Well I'm getting use to being back at work and waking up early in the morning. The hardest part is waking up. But once I start working out my energy is way up there. So far I have been alternating between CP1 and CPR. Next week I will add some strength training to it.

I'm constantly reminding myself not to eat pass 7pm. Besides eating junk food, eating late is another bad habit of mine. I'm just taking it one day at a time. I know that if I stay focused that I will reach my goals.

Well I need to get to working. Have a blessed day!

Yahoo!

I lost one pound last week just from giving up junk food. Even though I still over ate at least a pound came off. It is always great knowing that my work is not in vain. Well  it is time for my work out. Have a blessed day!

Beginning Week 2

Well today I began week 2 of the transitional diet. I will not eat pass 7 pm. Boy was that difficult. It was also hard not to eat junk food today. My parents were eating rasberry zingers and potato chips. I was good and ignored the food.

Tomorrow I go back to work. The kids start on Tuesday. I'm excited and nervous at the same time.  I hate starting new jobs and meeting new people. Hopefully I will do well and fit in.

Starting all over again

I can't believe  that I  have to start back over  with   this weight  loss thing. At first I was  not  going to use this blog  any more but   these blogs  had kept me focused when  I needed it the most. Since  I moved  back   home I have gained 30  lbs.  In 3 months!  There  is  no excuse  for that. I have got to get it back together. This is   sad and  I let    myself down.

I   went to Camp  Turbo  the beginning of  this month. I'm   so glad that I went.  It was so worth  it. I am  now back in full  effect.

Needless to say that my workout  program is TJ. The meal plan that   I will be using  is the    6 Weeks Transitional Diet.  I have already   completed  week  one.  Tomorrow  is the  start   of   week  2.

Here's   to a new start  and  not allowing situations and circumstances stop me from  reaching  my goals.

Ooops!

I forgot that I had a hair appointment so I didn't ride my bike to Popper-razzi's  But I did ride my bike around the park 20 times and took 2 breaks. My body is getting stronger so I am on my way. The night cravings are not hitting me as strong. Lets see what happens after I go to this party today how strong I am.

I did it!

Well I rode my bike to the nail salon. It was not bad at all. It was different riding in the street and dealing with riding up hill. I enjoyed going down hill of course. I think I can make it to Popper-razzi without any problems. So tomorrow is the big day.

I spoke to my grandma and I told her that I will visit her when I build up my strength to ride over there. It will be a total of 16 miles there and back. I may be able to do that by next Saturday if I keep up the great work.

Going for a ride

Well I decided to ride my bike to the nail salon. That will be 3.5 miles there and 3.5 miles back.  If this ride is not too difficult then I know I am on my way to being able to ride my bike to Popper-Razzi.

Yesterday was a little difficult. I stayed up until 2 am so I really wanted to eat something. My sister was over and kept talking about food. I ignored her and made it through that temptation. If I can do it with her trying to get me to eat then I can do it everyday.

Late night eating

Well yesterday was the first time I did not eat past 8pm. Hopefully I can continue to do so. My goal for next week is to eat out only once a week. I currently eat out almost everyday do this will definitly be an improvement. I guess I have to get to cooking.

My workouts are going great and I am riding faster and with more resistance on my bike. Chicago is known for its popcorn and my goal and reward is to ride my bike to Popper-Razzi for some fresh popcorn. I can't have any until I am able to ride there and back.  That will be a total of 9.6 miles. So far I ride my bike around the track at the park ten times every day. I'm not sure how many miles that is but I'm sure that I can ride to Popper-Razzi's but I don't think that I will be able to make it home. I wish the park had something that told me the distance of the track. Next week my goal is to ride around the track 20 times. I will add two trips each day to help me reach this goal. Once I'm able to do this then I know I will be able to ride to Popper-Razzi without having to look for a ride home
