I'm still here.
I have not been eating well or doing double workouts. I am getting better at doing the Firm. The only one I'm still having problems with the Ultimate Calorie Blaster. I may have to practice that one more before I actually get it.
I have been feeling really down latly. I didn't want to bring anyone down with me. I hate this time of the month. It gets me every time.
I can't wait until Saturday. I will be the first week of Weigh Down and I will get my materials. I can't wait. I hope this will really work. Someone mentioned that Weigh Down was not in their area. You should really email the weigh Down workshop. I found out about the location by doing that. Well it is time for me to start my day. I'll try to chat again soon.

One week left!
Well I went to the weigh down workshop orientation. It is definitly what I need. I know how to eat healthy and how to work out. I just need to work on this emotional eating. If anyone wants more info on it their webite is www.weighdown.com . It is a religious program but I will try anything except surgery and pills.

I'm hanging in there
At least I'm trying. I'm still working out but my diet could be better. I am going to an orientation for the Weigh Down Workshop. I really want to get my emotional side under control. I hope it will help me to get the emotional part together. Lord knows that I need it.

second workout?
I'm trying to convince myself to pp. If I don't I know I will feel so guilty while watching the biggest loser. I'm suppose to do CP2. I may just do fat burner since it is only 35 minutes. Well heres to a healthy me!

10 days left of this challenge.
Someone asked me an important question. What will I do once this challenge is over. I will take one week off of working out. This will allow my body the opportunity to rest. Once I start working out again, my body will go threw a shock and I will burn more calories than if I would have just continued working out. My next workout will be a mixture of P90, P90 MS, and TJ. I am looking forward to the change of working out. TJ will be my evening workout on M, W, and F. I will figure out the rest of my schedule later.
Well I my morning workout. Talk about sweating bullets. I have decided that when I reach my onderland goal that I will buy Ruben's (sp?) new cd. If I reach it by the end of this challenge I will buy that cd and Janet's new cd. I really want both cd's so hopefully this will give me the inititive that I need to keep up with this healthy lifestyle. Other than that Janet may have to wait until I reach 190lbs.
Well it is time to start my day. I'm sorry that I have not been responding to any of my ep buddies. I'm going through a selfish moment. I'll try to post on everyone's blog by Sunday.

Well today I did Start it up. It wasn't bad at all. I think it helps that I am only doing it three times this week instead of everyday. I had a healthy day yesterday. No cheats to report. I'm still feeling a little frustrated with my progress. I'm not giving up but it's just taking so long. On the positive note, if I know that I am doing what I'm suppose to do, eating healthy and exercising, the weight will definitly come off. I need to do something to keep me sane in the mean time. I'm thinking about joining a Weigh Down group to help me deal with the mental side of weight loss. This along with Food First will definitly help me with my progress. Here's to a healthy mind, body, and spirit!

Well I did The Firm's UCB and Turbo Jam's CP1. Talk about working up a sweat. Although I still don't care for the Firm I'm not tripping over my own feet as much. I may master the Firm yet.
Well tomorrow I get to do Slim In 6 SIU. I hate this workout too but I love the inches I loose from doing it. In case you haven't noticed, I really hate most workouts but I do them because I know that they will help me reach my goals. I use to think that basketball is the only form of exercise that I would ever enjoy. Well Turbo Jam has proven me wrong.
I may get discouraged at times, shoot we all do, but I know that I will eventually reach my goal. Sometimes I get frustrated with how long it is taking. But I have to constantly remind myself that I did not just wake up one day fat. It was a process. The same is going to happen with me reaching my goal. I may want to wake up and the fat be gone. But I have to be realistic. Crystal Lafay you will get there. Have patience and faith in yourself. You are sooooooo worth it.

13 left to go
Well I went to Bally's and I found out that I need to eat more calories especially grains. My blood sugar is low but not so low that I need to see a doctor. I also found out that It takes a lot more to get my heart rate up since my body has gotten use to exercise. So the extra workouts were not a bad idea. I just need to increase my calorie intake.
I have decided to change my work out for the rest of this month. Core Secrets is not bring up my heart rate at all so I will do SI6 every other day.

14 days left and counting
Confession is good for the soul. Yesterday I was so down that when I went to whole foods I bought some veggie chips, gourmet walnut chololate chip cookies (glutton, and milk free), and a spinach pizza. I ate the whole thing. Talk about binge eating. I didn't enjoy it but I was just really feeling down about my weight. This always happens when the scale doesn't move the way I think it should.
Today is a new day. I am going to do a liquid fast to cleanse my body. So today I will be drinking detox tea by the Yogi company (very gentle on the tummy), home made fruit smoothies, and protien shakes made with soy chocolate milk. This should help me get that extra sugar out of my system and help me focus on healthy eating. I will have some pulse tonight for dinner.
Today they have the real age test at Bally's so I'm going so I can find out my real body fat presentage and measurements. They will also have some seminars. I'll let you know if I learn something new.

Well there are 15 days left in this challenge. I pp and got on the scale. No change in weight. I decided to put the scale away until the end of this month. It is really getting me down. It looks like it is going to take longer for me to reach my onederland goal.
